I've been waiting on hold for about an hour & 15 mins. Even tried the prescriber line. Once the line cut off! The pharmacy was just closed yesterday with no advance notice or warning. When I talked to someone this morning they said nothing could be done unless I paid $300 out of pocket for my meds. Luckily, I was smart enough to check with my doctor... Wrong! So my doc called in what I need, that I have now gone without for 4 days and it's crucial for my health. Can't get them on the phone. Ever! When I do get through I will be transferring all of my scripts to another place. This pharmacy is so terribly it feels unlawful! read more

I wanted to complete the survey for the pharmacist's assistant, KELLY, but the information was not on my receipt (not her fault). Kelly is the best! She is helpful, conscientious, empathetic, and personable. She is a delight! She definitely gets 5 stars here, and if the survey were out of 10, she'd get a 10 out of 10...she is and Song are the reasons I continue to use CVS. read more

Hello and Good Evening to my Yelp Family!! This is my first time venturing into this CVS Location and by far it will not be my last!! I decided to visit this location because I wanted to check out the Cricket (ITs a large one leading up to Chester). So then I kept going on Macdade Boulevard and decided to stop here, because I always like the red peppermint puffs in a container that CVS sells and my mom absolutely adores them!! Thank God, it was like Christmas there and they had a million of them!! I have never seen so many at a CVS location! I bought four of them and I asked the associate, Rosanne, and she pointed them out to me. Rosanne was pleasant and helpful. She actually walked me to the location of the puffs. Then I went to pay and she asked was I signed up for Carepass. I am, but I was not registered in the system. I explained that CVS is taking $5.00 out of my card every month. Rosanne showed me the register and my address and phone number were incorrect. Rosanne corrected them in the system and I explained that originally I had signed up, using my mom's account information, since she is the one who will benefit from the prescriptions, since she is currently obtaining them. Rosanne gave me the CVS Carepass number to call, which I didn't want to call, because I knew it would be an automated service and I would be on the phone all day. I enjoyed my visit today and I will be back. A nice sized parking lot and a nice size inside of the store. It looks like they have everything. Rosanne is definitely an asset to this store location. Every time I get my prescriptions filled, I always have a problem. I went today and picked up one of my heart medicine. I did not expect them to give me a fifteen day supply when the Doctor's prescription has 30 day supply. They didn't even say anything. What the hell is wrong with these people. Do they think we are stupid and have all the time in the world to stop by to refill prescriptions. I had it, I am changing to another pharmacy. I have a total of 12 prescriptions with this CVS. read more

If I could give this pharmacy less than one star I absolutely would. Over the last month and a half, every single time I have done any kind of business with this pharmacy there has without fail, been some kind of problem or issue. With the first and second issue I truly wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt, and chalked it up to possibly that they are understaffed or that it truly was a mistake because even the most perfect employee does make mistakes they are humans. I would've completely let the mistakes go if it was not for one pharmacist that has continually made whatever the error was even worse with her attitude and her disregard for any kind of customer service skills at all. Whether it is the pharmacy's fault or the providers or even my own, the issue has been made worse EACH TIME due to this woman's poor attitude and response. Even then, the first time that it happened I gave the benefit of the doubt thinking "maybe she is having a bad day and I do not want to make it worse by putting a complaint in about her behavior and responses and poor customer service skills." But it has happened every single time that I've interacted with this woman. Every time, she has not only been unhelpful but also acts as if she is better than the customer and should not have to give the customer the time of day. I truly do not understand how she remains employed at the Cvs because of her behavior with not only me but members of my family that have individually been treated the same way without my presence, at that point it cannot just be a personal issue she has with me. It seems as though she believes that she got her pharmaceutical degree to deal strictly with medicine and does not realize that if she works at a store that has even one customer that she also needs to use her customer service skills. I myself have work in the customer service field for my entire working life, and even at age 16 I understood that the way that she treats people and talk to customers is completely unprofessional and downright rude. It is baffling that she continues to remain employed with the Cvs, due to the unprofessional nature that she has displayed EVERY TIME IVE EVER HAD TO INTERACT WITH HER OR SEEN HER INTERACT WITH ANYBODY ELSE. Until Cvs decides to do something about the poor customer service skills that this woman displays for every customer I've ever seen her interact with then I will not be giving them my business anymore. I do consider myself a somewhat understanding person in comparison to some of the customers out there, and even with giving this place the benefit of a doubt when they made mistakes in the past I still continue to give them my business... It took over three interactions with this woman that drove me to finally saying enough was enough, but until something is done about this woman's customer service skills and her behavior while on the clock as an employee for the Cvs... They will continue to lose business because I cannot be the only person that feels this way. I have watched this woman interact with many other customers while waiting in line, and every single time she has acted in the same poor mannered way that clearly shows her disregard for the customer service skills that she needs to have as a employee that works for a business that stays afloat by their customers and prides themselves on good customer service. I will be making sure that I speak to the store manager as soon as I get this woman name when I go in there tonight, and I will also be calling into the one 800 hotline for Cvs as a national brand and letting them know that they have an employee that continually risks and damages their reputation as a company with her refusal to acknowledge that customer service is a huge part of her job as a pharmacist. If you go into the CVS and use them as a pharmacy please watch out for this woman, because I can guarantee you that she will absolutely ruin your day if the issues that the pharmacy continually has with your medication and have not already put a damper on it. This is a pretty nice CVS. It's big, clean, and had all the things I was looking for when I visited this past weekend.

Made the mistake of going there on Easter for my Covid vaccine...BIG mistake! NOT disabled friendly...in fact no one was helpful or even made eye contact...let alone COMMUNICATE to each other..or patron's who were waiting in a extremely long...slow line! DON"T GO THERE FOR YOUR VACCINE IF YOU DON"T HAVE TO! Clearly using phamacy students to administer shots..who have a LOT to learn about people skills. read more

Not even worthy of 1 star. Wanted to wait for a prescription of 21 pills but was told it's an hour wait. No one else was waiting but just couldn't squeeze me in at lunch time I guess. Do yourself a favor and don't settle for a pharmacy that pushes you off. read more

I loved this CVS, it is near my house and I would go regularly. while most of the staff are friendly except for one young staff, she has the nasty attitude like she owns the store, it is like you don't like it then don't come back. I certainly do not care for her nasty attitude, so I stopped going to this location. I gave it 2 stars because I love the store is being huge and very clean. read more

Clean and large, it has a greater variety of things compared to other, smaller CVS stores. Also has a RedBox outside.
