I ordered on line Restatis - got a texted they were out, we will have it in 2 days, well 7 days later nothing I stopped by the store, and saw it on the shelf - piles of containers with 30 day suppplies. Went back today and was told it came in over the weekend. Total BS. Go to the Rite aid in Media, and it's well stocked, clean, people are nice to you. Look at the drive up window in Media its filthy. Go to the CVS in Newtown Square, clean and well stocked. They should do the world a favor and shut this dump down...

On two occasions, they failed to let me know that an authorization was needed which cost me nearly 209 bucks. (If they had told me before I was there to pick up, I could have called my doc.) Then they filled a script with only 7 pills. When I called and asked, I was told that I had to fix their mistake. After I received a call from the "manager" I was told it was basically it's my fault and I should just pay the cost because I got the medicine. (I have insurance that covers 100%) Stay away from this pharmacy. They are rude, careless, and take no accountability when they make mistakes.

He was wrong because after I scanned my item, the system then asked for verification of my birthdate. By this time, the cashier was helping someone and he saw me waiting for help. I expected him to help me after he finished with the customer, but instead, he made me wait until he had checked out all the customers in line. Then he took a drink from his water bottle and came over without even apologizing for his mistake and for making me wait several minutes.

The staff was friendly. He informed me that they drop off and pick up prescriptions which is great especially for those that don't drive plus the elderly and disabled.
