By that I mean they explain everything to you, what's your prescription side effects, how they conflict with other drugs or herbs that you may be taking. I met the pharmacist there named Vinny and we hit it off immediately. He goes above and beyond the call of duty for any Pharmacist I've ever met. He constantly tries to save you money on your insurance plan by checking drug company coupons and or online discounts. Once or twice I went there to pick up a prescription that my doctor supposedlly phoned in, and when I reached the pharmacy no such phone call was made. Vinny tracked down my doctor (not an easy task) and straightened it out for me. After getting to know Vinny and the other guys at the pharmacy, I found out that they do a lot of community outreach, especially with HIV patients and people who cannot afford expensive medicines. Who could ask for more of a neighborhood Pharmacy?

I have had multiple problems with Cropwell Pharmacy. They keep telling me the doctor never called to refill a scrip, when I know from the 26 years I've been dealing with my doctors, that's incorrect. The problem has been ongoing. Today was the final straw... I called the pharmacy twice in the last few days to find out if my warfarin refill was there. The doctor had given me only 40, since I needed my INR levels checked first. That was done Tuesday. When I specifically asked if the ENTIRE script was there, I was told yes. Fast forward to today when I went in and discovered it was NOT the entire script, it was only forty. When I started questioning them about the wrong information I was given, I was told I was abusing the employees. I did not curse or swear, I questioned why they got it wrong again. After no cursing on my part, the owner called me "an asshole" and told me to take my business elsewhere, which I have already done. May I suggest if you're using this pharmacy, do what the owner says...take your business elsewhere!!

I have wifi issues with my phone and they are well aware of this. When my phone worked finally worked today i called and the owner QUINN yelled at me ANSWER UR PHONE! I yelled back never speak to me like that again i helped u buiild your clientelle when u first started. she has yelled me many times because my phone is not always working due to wifi issues in my building. Iam 70 years old and mostly homebound. I stayed because oif this. She then refused to send my meds already ordered there. I called my physicians office and let them know. One med i needed immediately. Once a med is ordered and a pharmacy accepts that order accorging to the board of pharmacy that pharmacy must deliver it. I immediately fileed a complaint with the board and as i said reported to my doctor. I plan to take my bisiness elsewhere tomorrow. As an RN i feel duty bound to let the public know about this egregious practice.

I was surprised to find price differences even with insurance, making this pricing incomparable. The customer service is courteous, helpful and quick. The insurance processing is efficient: much faster with no bureaucracy/red tape. The pharmacist is knowledgeable and accurate, and never makes me feel like I am bothering him to ask a question. There have even been times when other customers have engaged me in a conversation, marveling at this pharmacy!
