Then later on I go to another medical supplies store and get my supplies filled right away without a note minutes after I left that place. She is so mean and just trying to give us a hard time. They would send the wrong items, or no item at all, and on top of it there were billing errors galore. They genuinely seemed happy to help! They showed us different products and answered heaps of questions, no attitudes, no problem. We also liked being able to see all of the Cpap options in person rather than being given a product sight unseen, which was how the Cpap industry was for us for years.
