As soon as you enter on the one wall were shoes, and the other had various medical supplies. You continued forward to sign in. At least 95% of the business is in Chinese and so is the clientele to match. They were pretty busy on this particular afternoon, but someone did come out quickly to assist us. The store did not have what we were looking for but recommended going to Walmart of all places to find the best brace my friend needed. The staff was nice and helpful. This store overall is kind of in disarray and discombobulated but I'm certain that the staff working there knows their customers and where things are and meets their needs. We took a shot coming here instead of one of the chain drugstores and struck out. Glad we got the exercise. Walmart did not have what was needed either but Amazon did!

After the last attempt, I actually just gave up as the shoes were coming back to me relatively the same as I turned them in. There just wasn't enough difference between the before and after to justify continually spending money to have them professionally done when I can just do it myself and achieve the same results. However, recently, I've changed jobs so I thought I would get these shoes shined again, just to have a fresh look as my shoes are nearly 8 years old at this point. I took them to Lenny's and I am ABSOLUTELY BLOWN!! These shoes have never come back to me looking so shiny and clean. I was absolutely stunned when she handed them to me. They nearly look new!! No one showed and they claimed they could not find a driver or vehicle. They insisted that they could deliver at a later time which would have violated my condo rules. Colleen told me the rules were stupid. Since I am the president of the board and have 19 years of education, I guess she really knows. They delivered the next day after some equivocation about the time. My wife was coming home at a specific time and although they met the time, they were not sure. Penn Medicine ordered a piece of equipment (a bedside elevated table for eating) which did not come. All in all, they are not reliable or service oriented.
