I have had multiple problems with Cropwell Pharmacy. They keep telling me the doctor never called to refill a scrip, when I know from the 26 years I've been dealing with my doctors, that's incorrect. The problem has been ongoing. Today was the final straw... I called the pharmacy twice in the last few days to find out if my warfarin refill was there. The doctor had given me only 40, since I needed my INR levels checked first. That was done Tuesday. When I specifically asked if the ENTIRE script was there, I was told yes. Fast forward to today when I went in and discovered it was NOT the entire script, it was only forty. When I started questioning them about the wrong information I was given, I was told I was abusing the employees. I did not curse or swear, I questioned why they got it wrong again. After no cursing on my part, the owner called me "an asshole" and told me to take my business elsewhere, which I have already done.
