Filthy store. Every time and I mean every time I go to this store the parking lot is filthy with garbage. Today the lot was so filthy I had to post about it. From small trash such as wrappers smashed to the tar, to medium and large trash such as fast food containers. also bottles laying sideways. They have one Guy out there with claws trying to clean up. I went to this location today when I was in the area to do a return and buy a specific item they said was in stock on their website. The return was quick and easy. I felt bad for the employee because she was saying how she had been working since 6am and hadn't had a break yet (1:30pm). I went to the aisle to find my carpet pad in the 8x10 size that said was available here in the store, and it was no where to be found. I was extremely disappointed as I would've gone to another Walmart if I knew they were out of stock here. If I need to go to Walmart in the future, I'll go to the location in Marlton. read more

I received outstanding customer service at Walmart in West Berlin. I was purchasing two very inexpensive housewares items. Unfortunately, neither item was marked with a price sticker. An associate working in the aisle walked with me to the checkout with the price sticker from the shelf. Once in the checkout line, there were three associates all working to look up the items in an attempt to resolve the issue. I could not ask for higher customer service nor expect higher service. read more

I usually love this walmart because of great variety but today I had a terrible experience with awful customer service. If I could rate pickup separate I would rate the Walmart overall more than one star but that's not an option. Usually for online pickup you go to the kiosk screen by customer service, enter your code, and your order is brought to you. Today, the screen wasn't working to I stood in the customer service line for well over 30 minutes even though there were only 2 people in front of me. It was finally my turn and I said hello and the employee just walked away from me! I stood there for about 5 more minutes then she came back and I told her I was waiting for pickup and she pointed me to someone else. I waited for him to finish up with another customer who was also clearly having a problem with the pickup service and then he finally came to me and asked for my order information. He walked away then came back and told me that the pickup has been changed to the other side of the store. So I walk all the way across the store and see no signs for the new location and don't know where to go. I asked the greeter and he didn't know what I was talking about so he asked a cashier who told me to go outside and walk around the building. I told an employee outside in the area my order info and he went inside and now I've been waiting for so long I've had enough time to write this review. I am so frustrated with this experience. Walmart really needs to make sure their employees know what they're doing and help customers quicker. Long story short, this walmart is good for shopping on your own, but do NOT order online unless you have over an hour to waste sitting around waiting for the employees to figure out how to do their jobs. read more

It's a Wal-mart. I just moved here a few weeks ago from the West Coast and most of my life is still in storage while I look for a permanent home. In the meantime, I have to purchase some items I just can't find that I know I have in storage, so I may as well buy the cheapest substitute to last me a few months like wash cloths. This place is literally the worst. Their store policy is to accept items back within 90 days with a credit card or receipt. Yet when I went there they magically couldn't find the charge. I even showed them the proof of the charge on my credit card app. THEY DIDN'T STAND BY THEIR STORE POLICY. It was in that moment I remembered why up until that point I only shopped at TARGET. This is one of the better Walmarts that I have been to. The staff that I have interacted with have been friendly. They usually have whatever I'm looking for. This store has been turned into a 24 hour supercenter, which is super convenient when I need something late at night. The grocery section is pretty good. I really enjoy their ready-to-eat fried chicken. Their beef is very good, especially the filet mignon. Their prices seem to be a little lower than other grocery stores in the area and they have a good selection of items. If you're in the area, it is worth checking out. read more

This location is easy to get in and out of compared to most Walmarts. I am able to find different items that I cannot find elsewhere, especially a Mexican hot sauce only sold here locally. Their store is kept clean, and I can usually find what I need. Plenty of cashiers, and a great place to go a night since it is almost empty. read more

The thing I don't like about this store is they hardly EVER have employees behind the counters. Once I waited 25 minutes (with a mask on) to get some cloth cut. Another time I waited 20 minutes to get jewelry. Both times I asked other employees to please get me some help. Most of them were rude plus I didn't get results. Once I had an employee who went above and beyond to help me. But my most usual experience has been rudeness and apathy. EVERY SINGLE TIME... I go to THIS Walmart there's are 15 or more registered excluding the self check outs & only 2 of them are open. I don't know if they lack employees or it is flat out extremely poor management! Most times I have to go thru self checkout with a half full cart cause it's leads time that waiting in one of the two lines open! It does not matter time of day, it is ALWAYS that way! Plz, hire more people for checkout or if you are the manager-- jump on the register yourself! I shop there because of the of the prices but honestly dread the checkout process. Do not rely on this store for anything. Store listed its reduced hours as closing at 8:30 PM. I drove ten miles to pick up my medicine at the pharmacy, only to find it had decided to close at 5PM for no explained reason. I have no idea when I can count on the store to be open and get my medicine. read more

I rarely shop here unless it's an emergency; the one way out in Turnersville is where I go instead of this even though it's over a 20 minute drive for me; employees are more friendly and help full where as Berlin they just don't seem to care about what is going on with the customers in the store and it's always out of stock with what I usually shop with. This place is fantastic. I've never seen such deals in my life. I found some pool noodles that were part of some sort of "roll back" deal. I don't have a pool but I've been looking on pintrist and found a few neat pool noodle crafts so I'm pretty sure I'll be able to use them. I used to like shopping at this Wal Mart before it was the super center. I liked the layout better before, and I think they had better items in the home store. Getting out of here with out having to wait in a huge line is a challenge because they don't open enough registers. Entered early this morning about 9:30. I was in search of some "Ciabatta" rolls. Asked the first girl who pointed me in the right direction until I came across MARIA. What an asset to your company. With just the "right" accent she asked if I wanted "plain"? Within 2 minutes she came out of the freezer section with a huge box over her shoulder (Maria appears to be in her 40s or 50s) places it down in front of me, tears it open with authority. Always seems to be well packed, even during a snow storm. No packed aisles, makes it easier to get down. Spread out food aisles should be closer to the front of the store. Dairy is too far from the front. Meat is fresh. Salads are fresh and well dated. Deli well taken care of, no long waits. Bakery well supplied. read more

Last night, I was supposed to have my Walmart grocery order delivered by 6pm. I get a notification at 5:51pm that my order was on it's way, at 5:55 I get a notification my order was delivered but it wasn't. I give it a few minutes and finally call Walmart pick up and delivery and I'm told my order was delivered to the wrong house. I was not happy at all. The associate who answered the phone didn't seem to know the answers and said they could refund my money. I said I don't want that, I want my groceries. To spare you the whole story, I finally gave my number so they could call me to tell how I would get my groceries. About 10 minutes later, Stacy (and I'm sorry if I spelled this wrong), the manager of delivery and pick up called me and said they were working on reshopping for my order and they would have it delivered that night. About 7:40pm she called again to say the car was on it's way to pick up my order and deliver it. Sometime between 8:30 and 9 last night with terrible rain and in the dark, Stacy herself was delivering my order! I can't tell you how much I appreciate her and how far she went to make sure I was a happy customer. You really don't find many people like that anymore but she is proof there are people still out there like that and it just makes me happy. Thank you Stacy! I am very disappointed and upset with my experience at the West Berlin Walmart. I made a online purchase yesterday at 10:24 pm and I decided to go pick it up instead of having it ship to my house. The reason I decided to pick it up was because I am in need of this product and I would have it faster in my hands than getting shipping. I got the confirmation email and it also stated that "Items are usually ready the same day. (Orders placed after 6pm are ready for the next day)". That was perfectly understandable but it is currently 6:30pm the next day I still haven't received any updated email about my order and when I check my order's status, it still says preparing. I only got 2 packages of Fujifilm instax film, I don't understand why it should take so long for someone to get my order. I tried calling the store and that's when everything went down hill. I called and I was transferred to two different people. After the second associate answered the phone, she asked me about my order number and asked me to please hold for a few minutes since she has to check. I have been on hold in silence for OVER 40 MINUTES now and still no one put me off of hold. This store is really lacking Customer Service. I am really angry and disappointed with what I have experienced today. I shouldn't be put on hold for over 40 minutes to find out about a order that I made YESTERDAY. But not only was I on hold, I still got no answer because that associate never got back to me. I really hope this is fixed so future customers will not experience this since ordering online and picking it up in stores is suppose to be a convenience. read more
