Bowman was the exception. They had good ratings and nice comments. When I called I found out why. The lady at Bowman was so kind and caring. She made sure I got what I needed. When the delivery men showed up right on time they were jovial, professional and couldn't do enough to please me in placing the unit. The bed itself was new or indistinguishable from new and functioned perfectly. They demonstrated it and answered all my wife's questions and were not hurried or unpleasant. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if I have the need.
