If you get delivery, do NOT use your debit card. I've gotten ripped off SEVERAL times. The delivery guys round up to the nearest $5 and then keep the change and don't give you a receipt hoping you won't catch it. Then you tip them on top of it!! THEY ARE STEALING!! They stole from me. Management always makes it right but "on the next order" so they can rip you off again the next time. I am so disappointed. A great store that I've never actually been in. All my encounters have been with delivery drivers and they are, to a man, extremely pleasant. The products are reasonably diverse and priced affordably. Delivery has been universally on time and quick (especially since I live pretty far away from the actual store). They have cancelled my delivery order one to many times. Order 3-4 hours before closure and they let me know they won't deliver an hour and a half before they close. i found a strain I have been dying to try but the dispensary is too far. first time customer. I work at a different dispensary but my experience here was exceptional. The lead bud tender helped me with the order on my phone and had it shipped out immediately. Not only did I get it in under an hour during rush hour but Jay the delivery bud tender was such a cool dude! knowledgeable, great personality. I have ordered from this place three times and whenever I order delivery it takes forever. When looking at the drivers departure they seem like they have very far drives and make long trips. I had one person tell me that they do not use company vehicles and they have to use their own and supply their own fuel, which is absolutely ridiculous and I feel bad for these people I hope the owner does better for them. I was very unhappy with the delivery service every time that I have gotten it it takes way too long to receive your delivery. It's not worth it because the expectation of delivery time is nowhere near as close. So I decided to take a trip to the store recently to see what it was like. When I tell you that this place smells like absolute shit when you walk in i'm not kidding. I assume they're very much aware of it yet, they have their store open and they're not fixing whatever plumbing issue is going on, but it's definitely a turn off when shopping.
