When I told him I was going to go to the ATM they told me it was cheaper to just check out with them because of the ATM fees over there but I could've taken out $100 for a one time fee but instead because they mistakenly forgot to ring me up one of my items I went back in for it. It cost me $3.50 a transaction then a dollar ATM fee on top of that. The only other thing I did not like and what I think Highway 90 is better at is the fact that I'm not forced to go to a tablet to make a purchase. As somebody who has learning disabilities and problems with stuff like that, I wasn't allowed into the dispensary to ask questions and stuff. Instead, they asked somebody to come out and start swiping on the screen. I'm glad there was somebody available to come out to help me find what I'm looking for, but it isn't very ADA friendly. I purchased an item and I wanted two items , but there was some confusion on the item because I had questions. So I went out into the car and I opened my bag and I was missing an item. I went back in the same girl that was there when I was being checked out by some man was there and I told her that I wanted to buy whatever item it was and there was you know the first time buy for 30% off. She told me well you were already in here and made a purchase. I can't give it to you. I was like right, but I wanted to purchase two items. I was pretty clear about that, but there was some confusion on your end and you sent me outside with one item. Finally, the guy who rang me up next to that girl at the register says oh yeah I made a mistake. Give her the 30% off. Yeah I kind of brushed it off at that but now that I'm checking my bank account statement online it finally populated and I ended up paying nine dollars to shop there. Instead of whatever the simple ATM fee. I could've paid the ATM fee and taken out $100 but instead I feel like they swindled me into using their ATM machine register at their register as they called it and it ended up charging me twice for less than $100 in money. I gotta be honest I didn't go back to the dispensary at the old Marlton diner because it was the same way. They want you to order on iPads, but at least this location actually had knowledge on their products because the dispensary on Route 70, where the Marlton diner used to be, their staff has absolutely no idea about anything. Can't answer single question. Also, if the company is reading this, you really limit yourself by having people go to your tablets to order. I typically spend two or three times more than what I plan on spending each time I go to Highway 90 for the simple fact that when I go in there, there's somebody to talk to and I'm not ordering from my iPad or tablet. It makes it a more welcoming environment. It also starts with good customer service to write off the bat. You guys have so many different things to sell that people will continuously overlook because they're not gonna sit there and read something on a tablet or iPad and they have no idea what it is. UPDATE:: I typed my pin in wrong and it cost me a dollar. So I cost me 10 dollars to purchase under 100 worth or merch. I think that you guys have a great military discount program, which is appreciated. But there is something's that could be better and highway 90 does. I feel more at home there and comfortable and not so much at a lock up when I go there.

This commitment to a phone-free zone and strict ID verification speaks volumes about the Gynsyng experience. There is a caveat to the story I suffer from a long list of food allergies starting off with nuts oranges mangoes Everything that an edible is made of and what I was in search of the only sad thing about this is I was from out of town. Don't give me wrong. I grew up in the area so I know my way around South Jersey, but I now live in a completely different state and we me and my age daughter did not realize that they had given us The THA version of what we ordered instead of the THC version so this is my only recommendation for nova Farms just because people visit you. They're not all local and I've heard reviews about this place my whole weekend here so I made it my point to search you out and partake in what you had to Sell. The fact is we did not realize until we were 45 minutes in to our trip home I called. I was told that I needed to bring it back. Return it sadly we can't do that so that was almost $55 literally thrown out the window because of a mistake They made and a mistake we made by not looking at the product before we left, but the funny thing is the packaging is exactly the same with the exception of the ingredients listed on the back so with that in mind, I have to give them a three it would've been a 3.5 but attention to detail on the sellers Part Trump's attention to detail on the buyers part, especially when it comes down to reading the ingredients on the back if I'm asking you to present me with a product I as the customer should not have to look at F.I.G.H.T. details when I completely asked for something specific as something specific as a THC and on your website, it says THC 27 point whatever we look at the back of the package minutes into our trip and it says THCA I have a problem don't give me wrong. Staff was amazing up until that point.

I've been to this location many times and have always had a wonderful experience with the staff…read more This time, however, could not have been more different. Last night, I bought a pack of gummies from the store. When I got home and opened them, I found that they were melted, soggy, and completely stuck together. I returned to the store today and explained the situation to an employee, who was very polite and assured me that the shift manager could help. However, when we approached the shift manager, Noah, it was immediately clear that he had no interest in resolving the issue. The other employee explained what had happened, and Noah's immediate response was, "Nothing I can do. No refunds or replacements." When I tried to explain the situation, he repeatedly talked over me, would not let me finish, and continued saying, "Nothing I can do" and "No refunds or replacements. Store policy." He also claimed the gummies "could just come that way." I explained that I had purchased the same gummies several times before and that they had never been melted or wet. Noah then begrudgingly offered me a different product that was not at all similar to the one I had purchased. When I asked for the same exact product as a replacement instead, he responded with, "You can either take this or get nothing." I explained that it made no sense for the store to refuse to address a defective product sold to a repeat customer just the night before, especially when I had purchased the same product many times previously. His response was, "Well, I don't know what you did last night...once you left here, you could have spit on them." I was shocked that he would immediately accuse me of lying and of doing something as disgusting as spitting on the product to get a replacement. Not to mention, the accusation makes no sense: if I had tampered with the product, I would have asked for a REFUND--not simply requested a replacement. I then asked to speak to his superior. He claimed there wasn't one and that he was the only manager there. When I asked for a company phone number or address I could contact, he again claimed there weren't any. Noah was combative, dismissive, and rude throughout the entire interaction. After I kept insisting on receiving a company email or phone number to call, he disappeared into the back of the store. A moment later, someone else came out and identified himself as the general manager. So, Noah had lied about not having a superior I could speak with. Fortunately, the general manager was kind and understanding. He offered to replace the exact same item and opened the box in front of me so that we could both make sure that the replacement item wasn't also defective. But, sure enough, it was. It turned out that the entire batch appeared to have melted in transit on the way to the dispensary. So, no, Noah, I definitely did not "spit on them." The general manager told me he would pull the product from the shelves, contact the distributor, and provide me with another replacement item of my choice. He was great (I believe his name was Hunter). Unfortunately, I don't think I will return to this dispensary. While I really like the store and appreciate the rest of the staff, the likelihood of having to deal with Noah again has seriously made me reconsider. I do not believe that Noah should be working as a shift manager, or in any customer-facing position, for that matter. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that appropriate action is taken to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and dignity.
