For example Enlighten has a strain 56% and several other locations have it at 46% thc, that's a 10% drop in quality at same price plus its older. I only go here now, there POINTS System is phenomenal i got up to $17 off at one time and they add up much quicker than all the others. As soon as you walk in the owner, Joe, warmly greets you. He is beyond willing to help and give suggestions. The first time I came here I had no clue what to get, he was able to pick out cigars that my Dad ended up loving. Joe knows his shop inside and out and can give you details on every cigar that is in his shop. He also runs the shop on an old fashion register- this way if the power goes out, he can still sell cigars. In addition to cigars, the shop has a variety of cigar accessories (humidifiers and ash trays) as well as other tobacco products (pipes and cigarettes). Recently I bought a golf cart cigar clip- something my dad loved when he got it for fathers day. Great place for cigar smokers or children of cigar smokers who are in need of a gift.

Joe, the owner, is as genuinely nice of a person as they come. He greets everyone and treats everyone the same. Unlike other shop owners, Joe appreciates your business whether you spend $5 or $500. He sells nothing less than great products there, but its how he conducts himself as a human being that have made me a long time customer.

First off, let me say that I'm relatively new to cigar smoking, so I'm not going to offer an assessment of their stock or brands except to say that it's got one of the smaller stocks of the various cigar stores I've been to. I've still got only a passing familiarity with the range of brands that are out there, so it's hard for me to say how wide or focused it is. Obviously, though, all the major manufacturers were in evidence. Both times I've gone to Finlay's, the amount and degree of service I've received have been exceptional. The first time, I went in knowing almost nothing and basically asked the gentleman minding the store (Jim, I think) for recommendations, given what I'd tried so far and what I'd liked. Whereas most times I've done this, the attitude of the merchant seems to be to just get me to buy something as quickly as possible, Jim took the time to actually talk to me about the different brands. He wound up pointing me towards a Brick House Churchill, which - since it wound up being one of my favorite cigars so far - was an excellent recommendation. He also took the time to tell me about some general cigar care tips, and a bunch of other things. The second time I went back, the service was just as good and I picked up two more cigars. They even threw in a free flavored one. A word about the house brand: they have both a mild and a fuller variety, I didn't care for the mild too much, but the full-flavored one was pretty good and a good value. Finlay's rules.

For the very first time, there is a glass shop in downtown Bryn Mawr. Critter's had glass, but was…read morea head shop with lots of tie dyes etc, whereas this is a true glass shop, altho smoke shop is what they officially go by...They have several stores in PA, NJ, DE and FL and the Bryn Mawr location may have opened during the pandemic! That or their grand opening ran long... In any case, it is a very nice shop in a nice location with a nice variety of glass products and paraphernalia. Did I mention it was nice? Well staffed on my visits, but there is a limit on customers in the store and masks during the pandemic, which is common sense right now. Staff is not only nice, but helpful and the ones I have interacted with knew what they were talking about. "Hint hint, nudge nudge. Say no more, say no more."-MP It is right next to the Tin Lizard so you can grab some cold beer and BBQ while you are there.
