Do not shop here. Everything is sold as-is. I bought a defective product from them and they would not replace it. Here's the long version. I bought a vape at Tobacco Outlet. It worked fine when I bought it, but it stopped working after a few days. Won't charge, nothing lights up, it's just a brick. I wasn't too worried. Every vape shop I've ever dealt with has allowed me to exchange defective items. So I go back to Tobacco Outlet expecting an easy exchange, but nope. Even after the guy working there confirmed that the device was indeed nonfunctional, he refused to offer an exchange. I was told that I could purchase a replacement at a 25% discount (+tax). Obviously, I found this unacceptable. I spent quite a while trying to explain to this guy how this was not a good business practice, and that his competitors will all happily exchange a defective item. I even called a few while I was in the store to confirm (Most have a 30 day policy, one was 14 days) After some debate, I finally agreed to purchase a replacement, but not at the originally quoted price. We negotiated for a while and I got him to sell me the device for $2 less than his cost, no tax. He actually had the nerve to complain that he was coming out of his pocket. Duh, dude. If you have to come out of your pocket to do right by your customer, then that's what you do. I also tried to explain to him that he shouldn't be coming out of his pocket at all, because he can ask his vendors to credit him for any defective product they sell him. How is he a retailer and he doesn't know that? Tobacco Outlet is a poorly-run business that doesn't treat it's customers with respect. Do not shop there. read more

Just stopped there to buy lottery tickets. Decided to check his cigars. He has an excellent selection and he sells my favorite cigar made by Ashton $5 cheaper than the fancy cigar shops do. Very friendly man at the counter. I will definitely be buying my cigars there from now on once or twice a week. read more

Great place to get yourself into vaping. The people are nice and really helpful. Smokers can get all their gear here too, obviously, but I went in primarily to see if I could get into vaping to cut down my cigarette intake. They hooked me up with everything I needed to get started and I've been going back to them ever since. I've wandered into other shops that have a huge e juice selection to check out but when i need a tank or coils or something I always come here. They have the items I want and their prices are more than reasonable. I've never walked out of there thinking "I could have got such-and-such-item cheaper somewhere else." There's one guy who's around my age and there's a younger guy working there and both are really nice and are willing to explain how everything works and let you check out their gear or their e juices. They don't have a huge selection of juices like a straight up vape shop does but they carry the Cuttwood brand and frankly that may be all you'll ever need as it's probably the best brand I've come across. When friends or family mention to me that they want to quit cigs I go right to the shop and get them the same gear the guys hooked me up with to start (an EVOD Twist vape pen, an Aspire K1 tank [which to this day is one of my favorite tanks], a pack of coils, and a bottle of juice in a flavor that they might like). I've been in the shop the past two weekends and bought a ton of stuff. I know you apparently aren't supposed to mention deals or freebies but I think it's fairly well known that they are kind of an industry standard at these shops if you buy a bunch of stuff and the shop owners see you there all the time spending your hard earned money with them. So it shouldn't really be too off limits to mention that they do give you a good deal if you're plopping a bunch of gear or e juices down on the counter and that they will hook you up from time to time (they gave me a really nice Cuttwood hat once). Anyway, there's more to it than just vaping supplies. You have your tobacco products and pipes and everything else there and I'm sure they're just as nice and helpful with those items as they are with these items. So if you're into any of that stuff I mentioned above get to know this place. It's a nice little shop and it's even interesting to just wander around and check out all the cool items they carry. read more
