So let me get this right : Medical: gets the newest dated buds & Recreational: gets the old, out dated and possibly molded (moldy) buds/weed. Nice!!? The vapes have been the same, lack luster at best. It's pretty much bodega placebo illegal garbage and not what you're paying these expensive prices for. Not one of the many vapes I've purchased have been made to the standard and quality they should be at. SIDE NOTE: THE STAFF NEVER A PROBLEM always on point doing their jobs as tenders. At no point at any time where they an issue. They always went above and beyond. Someone at the top is slipping.

They took the situation seriously and immediately worked to make it right. My husband went back yesterday, and they absolutely followed through. They replaced the product and truly went above and beyond to resolve the issue. They also assured him that the expired inventory was removed from the shelf, which we really appreciate. Mistakes happen, but accountability and customer service matter, and they handled this the right way. Thank you for making it right. We will be back!

The lady suggested I go get my license which was in the car, which I did. I guess the moral of the story is, if you create enough barriers and send your clients out the door confused and empty-handed, we might not come back.

The second time I earned the 75% off a purchase of 120, I get to the counter and can't find my stamped loyalty card so I ask if they could look me up on the computer, they say they can't and they need my card with the proper amount of stamps so I step aside and finally find it and hand it to the girl she then says I see it has the right amount of stamps but the computer says you have one more visit to reach the reward. (IMHO, the very least expensive Oklahoma-made carts, like the ones I purchased last night, are easily as good as (and often better than) more expensive carts.) Always outstandingly friendly customer service at this black-owned business, from the security officer at the front door to the budtenders/cashiers. The friend whom I brought along (a fellow OMMA cardholder) didn't get her first time freebies, but I acknowledge that maybe that's not a terrible thing.
