They took the situation seriously and immediately worked to make it right. My husband went back yesterday, and they absolutely followed through. They replaced the product and truly went above and beyond to resolve the issue. They also assured him that the expired inventory was removed from the shelf, which we really appreciate. Lately the Buds have been no good. CHECK YOUR DATE ON THE CONTAINER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE -if the date is a week from being bad ITS BAD ALREADY -DONT LET THEM SELL YOU TRASH- (If it smells like tea, taste like tea or has barely any smell OR no smell unless you break it open , ITS 100% BAD) -HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE -ask for a newer product date. -they are selling out dated weed and also bad quality weed as well. The vapes have been the same, lack luster at best. It's pretty much bodega placebo illegal garbage and not what you're paying these expensive prices for. As soon as I arrived the security guard outside had the audacity to approach my car, and tell me, and the person I was with that I could not park there due to it being a handicapped spot. I then told him I was disabled. To which he replied you don't have a disability what is your disability. Which in of itself is a violation of hippa, and leaves brotherly buds open to a lawsuit if I choose to precede that way. After I told him I was disabled; he then replied to me that I needed to move as the spot was for older more disabled people than myself. Mind you there was no-one in the store, or in the parking lot. To which I said that, and that no one person is more disabled than another person. he finally said ok. Then when I walked in the store he begins to harass me by saying I didn't have a disability, and then I said forget this, and left. read more

I believe they've been open for 5-days and decided to browse around. Their parking is temporarily up the street at the Budget Motel, but I ended up parking in the neighborhood across the street. Going in you are greeted by a security desk and the only way to gain true admission is to have your drivers license scanned (sadly they wouldn't accept my passport card). You have "budtenders" to guide you in your purchase and the coolest thing I've seen were kiosks to browse their inventory and purchase. I loved their selection, prices seemed decent (at least for a grand opening week) and the budtender informed me that more selections would be rolling in soon (pun intended). Cash is king as you won't get hit with an extra charge and they do provide an ATM. Once again, my budtender was SUPER knowledgeable of everything and answered all questions for what I was seeking. Giving this place a mixed review because I had a mixed experience. Got there and placed the order. Everything nice and smooth and the budtender was great. Even gave me a fun Phillies sticker. Grab my stuff and go to head out. I see a door with an exit sign above it and a big brotherly bud logo on the door with nothing else so l assume it's the exit. I open the door and go through...looks weird for an exit but this is my first time and I've been in some weird layouts for weed dispensaries. I step forward to see if maybe the exit exit is around the corner and the front desk guy comes and yells saying I can't just walk wherever I want in their space and to get out now. We step back into the shop area and I tell him to look up. Why wouldn't you have a sign saying this isn't the exit if the sign above the door says exit. He just tells me to get out....so as a first time shopper there, I thought it was going to become my regular place but after that probably not. The guy needs to be coached on service. He could have just said hey man this isn't the exit, it's this way and that would have been a oh sorry my bad moment. read more

Stopped in for some items and was pleasantly surprised at the inside aesthetic. I was warmly greeted by many of the employees as I walked in. I was the only customer inside so I went up to one of the bud tenders and she was really kind and answered my questions promptly and honestly. I believe she had blue hair, sorry I didn't get her name but she was wonderful! I got a 10% discount as it was my first purchase. I only needed a disposable but the selection seems top notch and you can visit their website to view what they have before going. A huge plus for me is they are open until 10pm, unlike my usual spot Curaleaf. I will be back! read more

The place is well kept they use their space. Well, I enjoyed the fact that the buds were in display cases as well as having kiosk around to search their products for yourself shoot they even had bathrooms. The people are friendly and service is good. They seem to have good deals with a wide variety of products. the only thing they are missing is a floor as it is just an unfinished concrete floor, which feels like your in someone's basement. read more

This place has a good selection and somewhat okay prices but the staff is not as friendly as they once were. I live in Philadelphia but I carry an NJ ID. Brotherly Bud makes this big thing about paying for your toll if you're coming from the city. The woman (mid 60's) made the biggest deal in the world about it. She asked management, I showed her an electric bill for my house in University City, and then she asked management again. It's six dollars (?) I also can never get any clarity on points so it feels like a strange place to shop. I asked once over the phone if I could have an idea of my points, they said it would be texted to me, it never was. I really love the aesthetic, the cultural connection in Philly, and the size of the store, but I don't want to deal with anyone like that when I buy green products whatsoever.
