Who puts a newby on the front desk that has No Idea what they're doing? Answer, Bellmawr Curaleaf. I was the first in line and after this "person" took my Med card I ended up 4th to get my product. After he rejected my card saying the number was invalid, I had to go to another person to get in. That person took less than 10 seconds to input my card info. And the number was good after all. You don't put newbys in front of old people trying to get their product and leave in a Timely Manner. After I left I saw this person walking back to the entrance while vaping. Not my go to spot for a little recreational fun. But in a pinch it'll do. I like that they have separate lines and entrances for medicinal users VS recreational. With medicinal users getting priority deservingly so. The store is huge and very clean, the lines move pretty quickly (at least when I was there) and they don't allow you to use your phone while inside (privacy and security reasons I suppose). Make sure to bring cash. They have this weird policy that they overcharge your card and refund you in cash. Since weed isn't legal on a federal level it's not a debit or credit transaction it's more like a atm withdrawal. Which they say can only be done in intervals of $10. They are very expensive. Overpriced if you ask me. I paid $65 for an eighth. This was actually the cheapest one available. It smoked good but the buds definitely looked like crumbs and they were very dry. The nano bites (gummies) were excellent. There was a slight aftertaste from the weed no doubt. I occasionally make my own gummies/edibles etc. The gummies were $30 for 100mg. Which if you make edibles, familiar with thc content etc you'll know that's overpriced. You can extract 100mg of thc from less than a gram of weed, depending on potency. It's better to order online. You have to wait on a long line outside that expands around inside the store. You can order on a iPad in the store but then you lose your spot unless the person behind you is cool. The young lady in the store was very helpful with working the iPad and answering questions, giving suggestions. The cashier however was rude and biased. For those who don't have the means to make their own, resources to procure from other sources, it definitely serves the purpose. Knowing the potency and exactly what your inhaling or ingesting is invaluable. But I don't see myself going again. They have ample parking. read more

Medical was promised as a priority and I can assure you, if you hold a medical card you're not!! I have waited in line for 40 minutes at both locations with one medical register open and 5 Non medical open. The excuse is always "our system is down, cash only" or the regular " we just changed to a new system". Really? Every month it's either one or both. I ordered three fernway products. One being a Gram Cart of Berry Haze. Second being a half gram of lavender dream and third being another half gram of lavender dream. I ordered these before the store opened and left about 1hr after they open. I got these three items for a really great deal. One gram for $60 dollars and two half grams $5 dollars each. Amazing deal and was exited to receive my previously placed order. I get to the store and the store attendant tells me they don't have the half gram items I ordered. Why was my order not packaged?? Me and my gf have just started visiting the bellmawr location for the past month or so. And it's always nice quick and simple process finding what we want. Sometimes many things are sold out but that may be because we go on the weekends. Other than that great experiences every time. Parking is easy. Only downside is the payment transaction was bothersome, as they can't charge like every other store since weed isn't federally legal. So they with up charge u a few dollars and give u the change back in cash. Also not sure if they take credit cards...so only debit or cash are your best bet. @Heather at checkout was great explaining a nice trick to use with a Briq, and helping me find the perfect strain and cart for my gf. I've come here multiple times since this location has opened and the line and logistics have only seemed to get worse. After today I plan on never returning to this location. I am a new patient as of december of this year. usually, on the days I come I generally get Dan as my budtender. Dan is always very friendly with me, as are the other bud tenders. Always makes sure that I understand what I am getting, and always had recommendations for certain ailments. This week, I came in on saturday to see Dan training a new employee, Fox. Fox was absolultely a wonderful personality to engage with and very knowledgeable. They even went above and beyond to make sure I understood what I was getting today, usually new employees are less inclined to ask that while they are training. I only gave a 3 star review because it is very frustrating standing in the recreational line waiting with everyone else, and only having a select number of workers assisting us. Pretty much every time I go there, the medical budtenders are not busy, especially compared to the rec line. If you are lucky enough to get checked out by Margarita and Katherine at this location you are in for a great experience. They truly went above and beyond to help me and were so knowledgeable on products! I don't even live in the state but will be back for sure! This place used to be great up until one of the heavy set security workers started working here. I guess he's too cold and the last two times told me they were closed as I pulled in the parking lot at 6:55 p.m.. he refused to let me in both occasions and that is not right I am a medical patient . The store does not close until 7:00 and I was told that as a medical patient I am allowed to walk into the store up until 6:59 and some of the workers inside absolutely agree that what he did was wrong on both occasions therefore I used to love this place but he is rude mean nasty and I wish he could fired he is not a police officer and he needs to stop acting like he is. read more

I am a current medical patient there and picked up some edible products this past weekend. When I went to use one of the products I noticed it was expired. I checked the dates of the other products and another one was near expiration (12 days from date of purchase). This is not the first time I've gotten product close to expiration. In the past it's been vape pens, so word to the wise, don't make the mistake of trusting whoever picks your order, check expiration dates before leaving the store. They do have a 7 day return policy for defective products, and in this case I was told expired products are considered defective, however it's a 40 minute drive each way which is totally inconvenient. Also there is no guarantee that an equivalent product will be available. I called their number which seems to be a call center and was told a representative from my specific dispensary location would call me to let me know what replacement options were in stock, and no one called. The cost of the replacement wasn't worth the time, gas and mileage it would take to make the transaction so I just took the loss. As a side note for those wondering why go to a place so far away? When you are a medical cannabis patient you have to register with the dispensary you go to and at the time this one was the closest. The option of closer dispensaries are quite low but I will be transferring to one of them. The only nice thing I can say is a few of the bud tenders are quite knowledgeable but good luck finding one of them. read more

In December you broke th e4 packages apart to make each 100MG $25 apiece with make 400mg $100!!!! that is a 32% price increase!!!! I understand inflation but this sounds like price gouging. I am reporting this to the BBB and to the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission. This is for MEDICAL purposes not just to get high! I've been coming here for awhile now and love how they are slowly improving the place, mostly with the speed of the line. It used to be that online orders stood in line with non-online orders. So in other words, there was no real benefit to ordering ahead of time other than saving the product you wanted. NOW I'm happy to see they were outside, asking if anyone in line ordered online. Those who did got to get ahead which was nice. I would also like to add that the staff seem to get friendlier and friendlier. Super nice folks from the front to the back. I think my only complaint is I would like to see more stock, especially for vape cartridges and tinctures. But overall, great experience. read more
