I asked the rep to set aside a replacement item and he said ok and added that my order was ready. I made the long drive and on pick up am handed only half my order. I said I called and was told a replacement item was added to my order and it was ready. Oh we're sorry that was sold out also. Why was I told it was ready when I asked it to be set aside. Ok I have a 3rd item in mind that was also on the menu when I ordered and when I called. Oh that's sold out also. Well it would not have been if you would have told me replacement item 2 was sold out when I called. So did you lie to me about setting it aside and my order being ready or did you just not bother to set it aside? This is typical of the type of interaction here and this is not the first time I have had some type of issue

If you read my reviews regularly, you'll understand that the NMT has had some struggles in the past…read morefew years. Recently his doctors recommended he start medical marijuana, and it has been a huge help to him. As in, just short of transformative. It's not a fix-all, but it has given him enough of an improvement to come off some medications with scary side effects, and overall he's in a better place. I will also say the cannabis you get in the dispensaries is not what has been available illegally. The quality is higher, more consistent, and very highly engineered, with different combinations of THC and CBD for different issues, along with different formulations. I am impressed. Unfortunately, the combination that has been working best for the NMT also works really well for lots of other people, so it's in super high demand. This means I basically stalk the different dispensaries, looking for it on their 'menus'. This is how I came to be at Cure as they opened up one morning. This is controlled access, as expected, with a sleek, modern feel. I was greeted warmly, my card taken, and pretty quickly headed back to the secure dispensary area. One of their employees, super nice and also knowledgable, helped me with the strain I was looking for and also another that might work about as well (it does, not 1:1 match, but it will do when the preferred strain isn't available). The place is clean, bright, the staff is approachable and friendly and knowledgable. Cash Only - all the dispensaries are cash only, if you didn't know that. Why? For the same reason you can't use your AMEX to buy from the street - cannabis is still (for now) illegal at the federal level, and banks follow that set of laws. They have an ATM on site, there's also a Bank of America branch on the same block and a Bryn Mawr Trust branch right across the street, so you have options to possibly avoid fees. Of course I'm going again, when the menu shows his best-working strain, but I'd also go because it's a pleasant experience to be there.

As a relatively(2months) new patient I have a fondness for my "local" dispensary. The first one I…read morevisited , this being really close to my house, is the one I go to most often. They have been helpful since the beginning, as this medical program and most of the products are somewhat new to me. A consult with a pharmacist was nice. She did recommend a product that they just got in that would be great for me. I saw it in the menu, but it was sold out in an hour. Being flower, I learned quickly that the demand is greater than the supply, especially for favorite strains. She did follow up with me to see how I was doing, which I thought was a nice touch. The inventory here is nice and varied. Prices are high for premium(and sometimes not so premium) product, as is the norm. It's kind of trial and error to find products that give you the best relief. Like I said flower goes quick, but there are always nice concentrates available. And Grassroots Full Spectrum RSO. They do offer a generous discount 15% for me, 20% for 1st visit, a generous rewards program, $10 credit for every $100 you spend, which is not hard to do. In the times of covid you must pre-order online. My order usually is ready to pick up within 45 minutes of placing it. You reserve a time slot for pickup.Social distancing and mask wearing are enforced. Depending on time of day, you can be in and out quickly. People who work here are friendly and knowledgeable for the most part. Think it was the second or third time I was there I swear it smelled like weed when I got past the vestibule and entered the store. Someone may have been vaping in the bathroom, or perhaps it just trailed from clothing. Thought that was comical.
