The normal fee out the door for this can cost someone up to $250 but canna care covers the doctor fee for certain veterans and leaves them only having to pay the state fee of $50 I know I am forever grateful for their support and generosity towards so many veterans. We will forever have their back and are thankful they are in the community. The office is really nice and the staff is incredibly friendly. They will remind you and call you and send you educational emails. They really go above and beyond helping new patients feel comfortable. I will continue to refer friends to these doctors. She then stated that they did not have the items I wanted and she proceeded to refund the other items. I stated to her that the refund she gave back was incorrect and she told me, "well, how much do you think you're supposed to get back?" At this point, I told her I wanted my full refund and the information for her manager and/ or owner. She complied. I remained polite got my refund (so I thought) and left. Once I get to the car, I realize she shorted me $10 after telling her I wanted my full refund. I came back into the store, fuming...black man comes to the desk, I begin telling him about the experience and asked if he was the mgr and he said no. So I told him the issue and he went to her. She is slamming things and talking loud behind the customer doors. So as she got loud with me, I got loud with her until I got my FULL refund. If there's a curly black haired white woman working behind that counter, go to curaleaf across the street. They might be more welcoming and polite. Bc this lady was awful and she cannot count. I'm never coming back to evolve due to this and I actually liked this place and their sticker program. I have their merch!!!! I'm really upset about this. She needs to be removed immediately!
