What a disappointment! They have lots of cheapo cigars that you can buy at Cigars International-- lots of bundles -- but the 3 sticks I bought cracked, were brittle and tasted stale. It that's not bad enough, the lounge was a small office like room with 10 office chairs and 2 ashtrays sitting on a dining room table. Very uncomfortable and weird setting.

And, I like that the person working there wasn't leaning over my shoulder as I looked at the large selection in their humidor. I hate when tobacco places do that, and put pressure on me, or imply that I might steal something. I wish the smoking lounge were a bit bigger, but...I can't argue with the selection and prices. And the guy working there was nice and pleasant. I got to smoke in the back, watch news on the TV, and enjoy myself for a few hours. Thanks for helping to make my vacation with relatives a good one.

So I come back to the store within 2 days of purchase... Manager: In so many words, if I return your money or replace that for you then WE take a hit, we lose the money... So the company Exus built a bad battery. You sold a bad battery. I came back asap to tell you that you sold me a bad battery and you're saying I have to take the hit, I lose money. If you have a no return policy, you should guarantee that you sell products that work. The 15 other smoke shops within a mile from you sell the same products but they treat their loyal customers much better.
