More than once, she has called me to advise me about certain mixes of medication. The shop is always ready to call my doctor to renew a prescription. I get all my shots there and they are administered competently and painlessly. I have observed their patience and empathy serving an elderly and somewhat confused patient. Of course, behind them is our dysfunctional medical system, so it's expected that they could have a bad day. Anyway, I am a decades-long satisfied customer.

It sounds like a very simple statement to make,…read morehowever considering all the variables of dealing with insurance, timing, doctors, etc. there can be a great deal of hiccups in the process. They made it simple, quick, and incredibly pleasant. I hardly ever go out of my way to bother reviewing places, but the staff and business deserve the extra effort without a doubt as they gave their best effort to me. The atmosphere is humble and welcoming with a staff that makes the impression your a part of a family. Unlike the clinical feel of a cvs or rite aid, this place makes you feel like a person rather than a number.

Plenty of street/meter parking -25cents for 45 min. 1/2 a block from the trolley. The store is small but has the basics -pharmacy in the back - health and beauty aids -snacks -drinks -greeting cards -free coffee -tv -chairs to wait for your prescription My order was prepared very quickly that I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly. He informed me that they drop off and pick up prescriptions which is great especially for those that don't drive plus the elderly and disabled. This would have been great when I was home with an infant. My plan forces me to do mail order as much as possible but when I need something asap I will definitely stop here.

Their inventory is "on point" but someone from that pharmacy has stolen my medication or made a huge mistake. I don't believe this is the first time they've done it to me. I just think it's the first time I caught on. The owner mark, was respectful I guess but also just sadly inconsiderate & refuses to take accountability. I'm missing 30 pills from my script. It is a controlled substance, regardless I need my medication or i could have seizures due to not having it. I reported the pharmacy to the DEA , my insurance company is also filing with the DEA. If you use this pharmacy i suggest you find a new one before this one gets shut down. It's upsetting because I loved the little family owned business & small pharmacies. It's a shame I've been using this pharmacy for years and the quality and personable ability is just completely gone. Straight downhill past few months. It really is a shame. I will not be using this pharmacy again. EVER!! & as much as I'd hate to see a small family business go down , I'd hate to see someone else have to deal with this awful experience. There's no justification for messing with a persons medications who unfortunately have to depend on these medications to live a normal life. Some accountability and compassion would be nice! The ignorance is disturbing. I truly pray no one else has to go thru this. Save yourself now. Use a different pharmacy. Boothwyn pharmacy is a great alternative.
