The pharmacy and the store are all right. I guess, the experience depends on the staffing. Lately, every visit was very fast and efficient.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Evidently, they decided to do away with any type of option to interact with a human on the phone for the pharmacy. So, much to my dismay, I had to download the app to fill my prescription, because, *shocker*, their on the phone automated system didn't work. No less than 7 hours AFTER I fill the prescription, I go to the location to pick it up. I am advised that "it isn't filled yet, and be ready in thirty minutes." Mind you, I am the only customer at the pharmacy. It takes thirty minutes to fill a prescription? I don't think so. I've walked in and out with scripts in less than thirty minutes. Ultimately, I left and advised that I would return tomorrow, as I do not have thirty minutes to spend milling around CVS waiting for their incompetent staff to do their job. I will be sending my prescriptions elsewhere after this ordeal. read more

DONT WAIST YOUR TIME!!!! This pharmacy NEVER picks up their phones. I have even called listening to their terrible background music and drove up to the pharmacy and no one was even in line.There was no reason for them to not pick up the phone. I have sat waiting for 20 minutes to just get hung up on. ALSO, they are ALWAYS out of medication. I find myself calling around looking for a place to get a simple ear medication filled. OR they fill the WRONG medication even when it's on my chart to not fill that one at all due to my reaction the first time I took the medication. This has been going on for wayyyyy too long. I will be looking for a new pharmacy. read more

For the first time in my life, I used the CVS minute clinic because I knew that this cold was more than a cold. Congratulations, it's an earache! And allergies! But seriously, I signed in last night for an appointment this morning, and it was easy to check in upon arrival. I immediately was seen. Not only did I have a practitioner, but a student was there double checking me. They both were extraordinarily knowledgeable and answered my questions, even anticipating some of my questions I'd have. My prescriptions were filled immediately and the pharmacist was awesome. For being sick, this is one of the best experiences I've ever had as a customer in patient care! I hope not to be back too soon for anything serious, but when I do, I will feel at ease, knowing I am in good hands. read more

The pharmacy is run by incredibly incompetent youngsters. The hours are extremely inconvenient. Hate coming here, just have to bare it since the one down the road is just as bad. read more

It looks like the store was remodeled which is fine but the number one priority should be the pharmacy. I've been going there since they opened but over the last 6 months or so the service has been poor. Slow, pickups not ready and what seems like a revolving staff. They always had friendly, fast knowledgable people there but now it seems like clueless kids who are not well trained. They need to pay for more qualified staff or find better leaders read more

Good afternoon to my Yelp family!!! I have patronized this CVS only a few times. Thats funny because I am always in this area because of Planet Fitness - Folsom. But thanks to Covid 19, that has been changed. All Planet Fitness gyms are closed until further notice. I visited today because I wanted to see if they had the peppermints in a container. Z had expressed to me that they might have them. Z is a Sister- Church -Friend. We usually shop at Walmart for the mints, but they were out of stock. So then I decided to come here, because I also wanted to add money to my Serve card. Sharon, the associate who assisted me was extremely polite. Sharon was manning the store and answering the phone. Even though Sharon was multi-tasking, she was quite adept. There was no shame in her game! I applaud Sharon for all of her efforts. Its people like this who don't complain and still do what's required of them plus a lot more. I also say a shout out to the other employees at this CVS. They were equally helpful and quite friendly. I will definitely return to this location and I recommend this CVS to anyone needing assistance with anything! These people will go out of their way. Have a blessed day Yelp family! If you are ever in a pinch and need to see a CVS minute clinic in PA- DONT. I have been using the minute clinic for minor illnesses for a long time in NJ. Every time I go to one, I get a bill in the mail and I call to make my payment. Somehow the stores in Pennsylvania think it is a good idea to use your sign in signature as an "authorization" to charge the card used for your co-pay for the amount of the visit. What a surprise to wake up on a Saturday morning and find my card charged $102 by someone in Minnesota. How convenient too that they charged me on a Saturday and they are closed all weekend. What a joke! I didn't realize my local pharmacy was aiming to become a credit card scamming company. Long story short- if you are sick just find a regular doctor to go to. These guys are a joke. read more

It's very difficult anymore to give a review for CVS that is different than any other. The stores are set up exactly the same. Customer service is and always has been just average. Their pharmacy end of their business is for real. This location has approximately six or seven people working in the pharmacy. I wonder how great the store would be if they have as many representatives on the floor assisting customers. read more

The doctor I met with was rude and stubborn. As I explained my symptoms she immediately disagreed and became argumentative. Before actually even hearing me out or taking a look she dismissed everything I was saying. Doctors should be good listeners because nobody knows their body as good as the patient. I don't know about that other review. They just bill your insurance company. In no way did I use a credit card except to checkout at the front. I landed at Philadelphia airport with my ears totally blocked. Turns out I was super sick! I was in and out in 45 minutes AND picked up my prescription there. Clean, friendly and professional. Do not go to the one a mile away in Springfield. There are the busiest in the STATE! Will wait hours Just go here instead. read more

Pharmacy is terrible!! I use to use this pharmacy for my birth control refills, but it seemed that everytime I went to pick it up something was else wrong. I gave them my correct and updated insurance twice in person and they continued to call me every month before I picked it up saying that they needed my insurance again. When I got to the pharmacy the woman helping me was very rude and unprofessional, as if it were my fault that they did not have my insurace information. She returned a couple minutes later without my script telling me that I would have to return in a half hour to get it and I needed to leave my insurance card there. I could not wait because I needed to get to work so I asked for my card back. She rolled her eyes and slammed the window shut. When she returned she gave me my card, I said thank you and she just walked away.. It is safe to say I will drive the extra couple miles to lose the headache of dealing with this pharmacy again. read more
