I decided to visit this location because I wanted to check out the Cricket (ITs a large one leading up to Chester). So then I kept going on Macdade Boulevard and decided to stop here, because I always like the red peppermint puffs in a container that CVS sells and my mom absolutely adores them!! Thank God, it was like Christmas there and they had a million of them!! I have never seen so many at a CVS location! I bought four of them and I asked the associate, Rosanne, and she pointed them out to me. Rosanne was pleasant and helpful. She actually walked me to the location of the puffs. Then I went to pay and she asked was I signed up for Carepass. I am, but I was not registered in the system. I explained that CVS is taking $5.00 out of my card every month. Rosanne showed me the register and my address and phone number were incorrect. Rosanne corrected them in the system and I explained that originally I had signed up, using my mom's account information, since she is the one who will benefit from the prescriptions, since she is currently obtaining them. Rosanne gave me the CVS Carepass number to call, which I didn't want to call, because I knew it would be an automated service and I would be on the phone all day. I enjoyed my visit today and I will be back. A nice sized parking lot and a nice size inside of the store. It looks like they have everything. Rosanne is definitely an asset to this store location. I've been waiting on hold for about an hour & 15 mins. Even tried the prescriber line. Once the…read moreline cut off! The pharmacy was just closed yesterday with no advance notice or warning. When I talked to someone this morning they said nothing could be done unless I paid $300 out of pocket for my meds. Luckily, I was smart enough to check with my doctor... Wrong! So my doc called in what I need, that I have now gone without for 4 days and it's crucial for my health. Can't get them on the phone. Ever! When I do get through I will be transferring all of my scripts to another place. This pharmacy is so terribly it feels unlawful!

Upon arriving, half of my prints went through and the other half did not. The Walgreens associate that helped me out was so nice. They assisted in helping me locate how to find these photos and eventually helping me sit down and order them at the little kiosk in the store. Then as soon as I was waiting for them and wandering down isles, thinking I would buy useless things to waste time, the associate came and let me know my photos were ready. They let me look at them beforehand and I am just so grateful to have such a nice, warm human sympathize and be willing to help out. Best experience at a Walgreens yet! They told me someone called out and they didn't have a person to fill prescriptions. Some days their system is down for the day and in anyone in need of getting something filled is out of luck. If you call, you'll most likely be on hold for more than an hour until someone picks up. If you go there to pick up a prescription sometimes you'll stand in line for 15 minutes before someone even greets you or tells you they'll be right with you. They have one guy working the drive through line and in store line, moving at the pace of a snail. I've never seen a pharmacy so unreliable and so unprofessionally run. Like you're a pharmacy for Gods sake. Maybe reach in your pockets and dish out minimum wage to get a few more employees. It's crazy that no one running this place cares. This place is an absolute nightmare. Go to any other pharmacy. It can't be worse than Walgreens.

Though there were huge crowds here I was not surprised because Walmart is a very popular store chain. I got shoes and dress pants. The shoe section was really spacey but the kind I got there were at least three sizes which was great compared to times at the now defunct Payless and the even less prepared K-mart. That and the pants were plentiful which was overall like a breath of fresh air! Though these are trying times if you need to, go here even if it ends up a last resort. The customers are in large numbers so if that bothers you you may have to find a smaller business to support instead. Otherwise Walmart is definitely a place to go!
