If you want to get quality service, this is the place to go. I had Maria and she fixed my nails and bought them back to life. The last place I went to put thick acrylics and made them crooked but she fixed them up and made them so beautiful. They have so many designs and various chrome colors. The price they ask for is very reasonable considering you get professional service. The ladies there are all nice and actually talk to you and there salon is so nice and pretty. 3 days later my $25 GEL MANICURE ($32 including my generous $7 tip) is peeling. Never come here ever again. Hopefully when I go tonight after work they will fix it... Popped into this place a few months ago because it is right next to my gym and it has become my absolute favorite nail salon! The manicures and pedicures are fantastic. They have an endless selection of colors, both OPI and Essie. And most importantly - you're always greeted with a smile! I was referred here by a coworker to get my nails done by Jenny/ Jenna? I made an appointment & everything was all set. All I wanted was a gel manicure and chrome polish.... everyone was confused. No I don't need a fill in (I don't have acrylic.) I get there and they are packed. They proceed to have me sit in a pedicure chair while I let my gel polish "soak off"................ for 45 mins. Then I was given to a woman that was not Jenna because she was busy doing someone else nails. Lovely. I'm very particular about my nails, I like them very clean and not complex but perfect. I changed my mind on the chrome because this was already taking forever. There were so many things wrong about my manicure I was instantly annoyed. It was very average with lumpy polish & polish not all the way to the edge of the nail. If I wanted average nails I would do them myself. I was charged $28 & I really didn't want to leave a tip but I did because she was nice but I had to point out several things to fix that I know you saw, you were just hoping I didn't notice. I really wanted to love this nail salon, but the last two out of the three times I've been I had a horrible time. The first time I went for my birthday on June 12th; per their loyalty program you get 20% off a regular manicure for your birthday. I got a regular mani and regular pedi; the guy who did it was a little slower than everyone else but none the less he got the job done. He cut my big toenail on my right foot a little too rounded and close to the nail bed; I ended up getting a really painful ingrown nail that had to be seen by a podiatrist. I also didn't get my 20% discount; he didn't really speak or understand English but it's fine, I got over it immediately. After this I shouldn't have went back, but I did because my friend got me a gift certificate to here for my birthday prior to my pedicure experience, since gift certificates are non refundable. So I went back and got a different technician; A gel manicure on which she did a great job & the other girl who did my pedicure did great too. The third time I went was last week; I got another gel manicure after two weeks since my nails were already grown out. I was excited to get my new nail color and I didn't really have to wait. My friend was with me and it was her birthday so I treated her. I spent $80 total for both of us (not including tip) and my gel manicure was a total mess. I wanted to say something but it was a Friday afternoon and they were super busy. I even went back the next day during the afternoon to see if they could squeeze me in but there were already a handful of people waiting. When I even walked in a lady who stepped into the salon right behind me stood in front of me, as if she was trying to cut me in line lol. I left because I didn't have time to wait & I honestly thought they would still expect me to pay for another gel manicure after fixing my botched one. I just wish this salon was better at managing their time with their clients; especially those who have scheduled appointments and those who have been waiting before everyone else. I understand if you're busy and need to make money you should be a little more attentive to the job you're doing so you don't have to do double the work later in fixing a rushed mani/pedi. I'm usually not picky but when it comes to nails I pay attention to every minor detail. I also really like their extensive nail polish collection; from Essie to OPI and SNS dip powder. All good things must come to an end. King and Janna are both very talented at what they do but they don't value clients and that's a hard no for me. I've been here several times and part of their loyalty program, today I made an appt for 6:30PM exactly one hour later he was still not done with another client and asked me to wait an additional 15 minutes making my total wait time 1:15 minutes. Mind you they wrapped my nails so I couldn't leave. That is so unacceptable and I have limited time hints the reason I made the appt. They didn't even try to fix it they just let me walk out. This is the best place to go if you are in the market for a complimentary STAPH INFECTION. I came in for a pedicure and thank god Only a pedicure that left me with two weeks of going back and forth to the podiatrist. I've had to Take medication three times a day to prevent the infection from spreading into my bloodstream, then forgoing a procedure which was an out of pocket expense to prevent the risk of the staph infection remaining in my toe. HOW DARE YOU use unwashed, un-sanitized equipment on your paying customers! I am currently still wrapped in a bandage unable to wear proper footwear due to the healing process. My holiday season is ruined thanks to this horrible disgusting place. I attempted to call the salon and get compensated for what I had to undergo which was over 300 dollars In doctors visits and medications, and was hung up on twice!! Next will be me entering this nail salon with an inspector to check out everything that is being done wrong so that no one else suffers what I am currently suffering. I'm giving them a 2 because they have 1 good working employee that actually does her job really well. I went there on Monday, the girl I wanted to see wasn't there so I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday with her. Tuesday comes I end up getting to my appointment early, she was doing someone's toes & I let the manager know I don't mind waiting till she's done doing her toes. The lady doesn't want to change and have someone else do her fingernails. Instead of management informing me of this they let me wait 30 minutes till I'm already fuming. I tell them that it's ridiculous to have me wait for so long and they try to place the blame on the other customer for not wanting to switch. I let them now it's not the customer's fault or the technicians fault, it's their fault as the manager for not scheduling properly and not informing the technician. Especially since I could careless if the other customer didn't want to switch I scheduled an appointment the other customer did not, I was on time to my appointment, I should've gotten priority but clearly they do not know how to do business. I will not be going back!! Side note: The customer who she was helping had the nerve to say something while I was complaining and I just was not having it I told her that it wasn't about her. When I said that I'm not happy with manicure and asked to clean more my cuticular, a girl who was making my manicure, refused and she started to yell on me, plus she was rude. She didn't finished manicure and forced my to pay for unfinished bad service and attitude. Highly recommend to train their stuff how to work with customers without attitude. I've been to this place numerous times and felt like they did a pretty decent job however after my last time there I won't be going back. A girlfriend and I sat down together to get our pedicures and she was seen first. The nail technician cut her cuticles down so low that they bleed even after she told her that she was hurting her. Even with that I sat and waited for my turn. She finished with her pedicure and I still waited. However her technician went into the backroom and changed to go home without saying a word to my. When I asked her who would be seeing me she looked around and spoke to one of the technicians but nobody addressed me. After over an hour and a half had passed with me waiting in the pedicure chair. I got up to leave and explained to the technician who seemed like he was most in charge that this was really poor service. I definitely understand being busy but you can't have someone waiting for over an hour without communicating anything. His response was "Yeah, yeah". My advice to anyone thinking of going to this establishment is to save your money and go to one of the other numerous nail salons on this block. read more

Waste of money and time. The new owner is cheap and OBVIOUSLY lacks tact and service with clientele. Used to come here for years and stopped after 3 gel manicures that after a week, ended up chipping. The third time this happened I popped back in and asked for a new gel after 4 days and an obvious bad gel job reappearing. The owner asked for proof purchase, despite the fact I spoke to her just a couple of days before. I have been in quite a few times but sure I will give her the benefit of the doubt- she might not remember me. She then says she will fix only one of the nails and that the rest are clearly just dirty. This is then followed by her blatantly dismissing me and giving me the silent treatment. She ignored me while I attempted to defend my clearly clean hands. I usually spend close to 100 bucks every time I go there, so a refund was not the goal. However, the principal of having my nails done properly after repeated mistakes, actually was. So sad. They did put acetone in my gel which I saw w my on eyes. I walked in at 12:40pm and told them that 4 of us are getting our nails done. Some gel and some Sns dip and I know it was going to a little bit of time but I was okay with that. First, I got my gel pedicure done and was told to wait as there are only 2 people that can do what I wanted so I decided wait patiently. After another 30 minutes, I ask them how much longer for my nails and she replies another 40 minutes because the other technician took someone else instead of me despite knowing I had been there since 1240pm and and it is now 3pm. When I asked her how did she go before me? Her reply was "oh you were waiting and you came before her?" She played dumb. How dare they freaking play dumb? I will not recommend this place to anyone as their work may be decent, but as far as staff and integrity goes, they are the worst kind of people? Second time this shit happened here. And the sad part is, we went ended spending more than $250 collectively and it could have been more. Will never go back and neither will my friends who would rather give their money somewhere else.
