I loved the music It seems like they specialize in gel mostly because I asked for an SNS powder design and they could not accommodate it. They just kept pushing gel on me. My nail technician did a pretty decent job overall (photos below are 4 days later) but felt like she her customer service wasn't the best. Didn't really talk to me or check-in. I felt she rushed through everything and cut me pretty painfully on my little toe (pic below) & stabbed my thumb without a "sorry" or anything lol. Meanwhile when I asked her to work on a ingrown on the big toe she was all of a sudden very cautious cause I was pregnant. Would've loved the extra caution from the get-go. This nail salon is always busy when I pass by so I decided to give it a try. Since I was a walk-in I waited about 15 minutes, otherwise I recommend making an appointment by calling! I asked for a gel removal and a regular manicure. The person who did my nails did a great job removing the gel, very fast very efficient! I think she did an okay job for the polish application though, I feel like the coat was a bit uneven in some areas and could have covered more of my nail bed. They are a very friendly staff, and the customer next to me even had a cute gel design. I'd be willing to come back to try gel nail. read more

So glad I moved nearby because this place is THE best! I always get the fresh pedicure, which is the best way for us walkers to pamper our feet. You get a mask, scrub, massage, lotion and paraffin wax on the back of your heels for $35! I also always get a gel manicure and they have so many colors! They can do nail art if you have a photo but they also showed me how to do a chrome look without spending the extra money on it! I've gone in here before with my dog and they're so accommodating. They also have a frequent visitor card so you can save after your 10th visit. I won't go anywhere else now! read more

I am no longer embarrassed or ashamed to get my nails tuned up as going along with a female helps a lot .I like this nail salon cause they do the job of making my nails on my feet and hands look respectable at a reasonable price .The massage chair does not hurt as it's a bonus when I get the extra low cost back rub as well. My daughter goes to her for the ombre & she is always satisfied at how good they turn out. I am a bit of a difficult customer and she never minds. I came here when I was going through chemotherapy and was scared of the chemicals, but she was very delicate in what she used and it made me feel normal to have my nails done again!! If I could leave 0 stars I would! My sister and I wanted to treat ourselves to a sister date so we decided to get our nails done. After walking 20 minutes in the rain we arrived early to our appointment and were immediately rushed to the back of the salon for our pedicures never having a chance to pick a color for our toes. They weren't even ready for us and there was barely anyone in the salon so we weren't sure what the rush was. After explaining to the girl that I just wanted a milky white color on my toes she brings back basically a clear coat with a hint of pink and then gets annoyed when I tell her that's not what I wanted. Mind you the entire time they were acting like they were annoyed and talking about us the entire time. We had no idea what we did to set them off. After looking at their tiny gel color selection and being bullied and rushed by these nail artists we decided we weren't going to hang around for our manicures. Once we told them that they didn't even question why we didn't want to get our manicure anymore. They were literally trying to rush us out. While we were drying our toes they both hovered as they told us how much we owed. We handed them the exact cash amount and they said out loud how much we gave them assuming we weren't going to give a tip. After they both stormed off to the back. I was going to leave a tip but my sister reminded me that we were literally just bullied for the last 20 min for no reason so why would we? I have never left a salon without tipping before. Idk how this place has such good reviews. They do a good job but their customer service is terrible. The last 2 times I came in and waited 40 minutes past my appointment time. I tried coming on my lunch break hoping it would be less busy. After work or during the day it doesn't matter, I had to wait 40 mins without an apology or thanks for your patience. People were walking in saying "I just called" and getting immediately sat, when I called at 10 when they opened. Literally wait longer than it takes for them to do my nails. If they would have told me to come at 1 instead of 12:30 I would have just done that... They literally don't write down appointments. If you're in the salon and see them answer the phone they just say "ok see you then" and don't actually put you in. I'm not sure if it's something specific to me , or the fact that I'm brown ? I always tip more than 20%. I've never complained. I guess they don't see my time as valuable. Tired of dealing with it. I'll take my money somewhere else. I have been coming here about every 3 weeks for the past year but I will be finding a new salon. Their quality has gone down and they seem to not care about customer service. My last two pedicures have began to chip in less than a week. Last week I went to get my regular hard gel overlay fill in and pedicure. I showed the manicurist pictures of what I wanted (see below) which she agreed she could execute. Please see below for that's was done. Someone then took over my nails and again did a uneven sloppy job. On top of that one of my nails broke in less than a week while I was sleeping (no actual trauma to my hand or nail which I have never had happen with hard gel in the past 2 years I've been getting it). I went back today to have my one nail fixed. Upon walking in I wasn't greeted like any of the other customers I saw walk in. I was told to sit and wait which I did. Then I was directed to themanicurist seat. After about 20 minutes passed I asked one of the employees about how long it would be until someone got to me to which I was completely ignored but gave her the benefit of the doubt maybe she didn't hear me. So I asked a little louder if she knew about how long I had to wait to which she replied while walking away from be "I don't know ask someone else" Like I said I've been loyal to this salon for years but their recent treatment shows they obviously do not care about loyal customers. read more

I went to this place on a whim because my usual nail spot didn't have a last minute opening for me. I came in for dip powder extensions and a nail design that I had picked out from Instagram. The base price for the dip powder and extension was $50 and the nail design I chose was an additional $35. This is on the pricier end but each nail was meticulously hand-painted to perfection by my artist, Tia. Tia did a great job shaping, filing, dipping, and painting my nails. I left having an almost identical outcome to the picture I referenced. It is a bit more expensive than some other salons in the area but it's clean and accommodating and has a nice ambience. They did have a sign indicating that they had to raise some of their prices 15-20% due to covid losses. If you pay with cash it will be cheaper than if you pay on card, so bring cash if you can. read more

This is my first time leaving a review on any kind of establishment or product ever. This is my first time feeling disrespected by a staff and angry at how poorly they handle all types of customers. I literally just left not more than 30 mins ago and my complaint is about one of the staff named Coco. I came in to ask for a powder gel removal on my hands and regular nail polish removal on my feet. I could tell she was confused so I stated clearly again that I don't need manicure and pedicure, just removal of the current gel powder/nail polish and cleaning of my nails. At this point I can tell she's annoyed and it's obviously bc the services I'm asking for are not the $50++ services. But I brushed it off bc Coco told me to follow her and led me to the back part where the spa chairs are, so it means she's going to do the services I requested. The moment she sat down, she asked once again whether I want pedicure. I answered in the most basic form of no to avoid confusion. This lady then started to yap in their language to her co worker next to her. It doesn't take a genius to guess that she's already talking bs in their language especially when she's casually dropping the words powder gel and while I get that it's her right, I dont think as a service provider you should be pointing at the customer while your aggressively complaining to your coworker in a different language. Fast forward, she did my toenails and then endorsed me to another person to do my nails. I have no complaints about the other lady and the guy seated next to her, they were nice but I am seething with anger with that lady named Coco. She doesn't have any proper customer service even tho I am capable of paying and tipping them regardless of the amount they charge me for the kind of service I asked for(makes me wonder now whether she'd do the same thing if I was white. Ohhh yes, I went there bc I'm a person of color and I wonder if that is a factor of how she treated me). I hope the manager or owner of this spa will orient all of their employees to be mindful with their actions and how they handle all types of customers. If you dont want to cater to services that will only cost you less than $20, then just say it upfront rather than embarrassing the customers in front of all the staff and other customers. This is definitely my favorite local salon. The price is always right, the techs are efficient and skilled, and I always leave happy. Lately, I've been coming to this place when I need the a lot of work done, i.e. cleaning up another salon's mess or in between pedicures, and they have never set me wrong, which is a hard feat considering how picky I am. Everyone needs a place like this, a back up that can also handle main duties. There's no weirdness around bringing a friend (they did a beautiful job on my friend's wedding nails) and I can't stress enough how efficient they are. Definitely can recommend. read more

First time here today and I'm definitely coming back! I called around 11:15 to see if they could fit me in at noon for a pedicure and gel extension manicure, and they said they could. No wait upon arrival and it wasn't too busy. Tia gave me a no frills pedicure that turned out beautifully. VERY strong massage chair, even on the lowest setting! Sitting down to talk about the manicure was what clinched me as a repeat customer. Full disclosure: I'm a total newb when it comes to tips/extensions and have only gotten them a few times and have always been less than satisfied! A woman that I assumed was the owner guided me away from the $100 option I was planning on spending (UV gel with extensions) and suggested SNS with tips ($55) since I didn't want them to be super long. She could have easily gouged me to make more money, but I so appreciate her making sure I got exactly what I wanted but didn't spend more than I needed to! Tia did these too, and I love how they turned out. The color does seem a little translucent, but I've seen other SNS manicures that look really bubbly and overdone, so I'll take this over that any day. All in all, this is exactly what I was looking for for the Florida wedding I'm going to this weekend. Cons; I had tips and acrylic which I feel like could have been done better, the shaping could've been better as well. Especially for the price point. My sister & I decided to schedule appointments yesterday for gel mani & regular pedis for our upcoming trip. We made our appointment for 3:30 & walked 20 minutes to arrive by 3:22. Once there, we were rushed over to our pedicure chairs. No preparation was done on these chairs (no water filled, no liner on the tubs, my nail tech was not even ready) and we were asked to sit down before we even got a chance to pick our color. Mind you, we got there 6 minutes early to be able to do just that. They handed us a pathetic display of gel options in a frame that had a plastic film over them so it was hard to see the finishes, if they had glitter, or if they'd even look nice on our skin tones. They were clearly frustrated that we didn't have our colors selected, and were not only rushing us to pick a color, but were most obviously talking shit about my sister and I as we sat in the chair. This made us extremely uncomfortable, as we were being very polite and showed up early for our appointment. When I asked what color would look nice with chrome (I've never gotten chrome nails, and as a nail tech I thought she may have a professional insight) she barked at me "any color, just pick a color" & immediately went back to talking shit as she scraped my toes for the literal most UNPLEASANT & UNCOMFORTABLE pedicure of my life. A steaming hot towel went on one leg, only to be used then on the second leg when it was already cold. My nails were not filed evenly, some are rounded and some more square and they are jagged. She was filing my toenails but was indiscriminately filing over my skin as well? It was horrible, all while they spoke poorly about us. And like other reviews mentioned, it doesn't take a translator to know they were talking directly about us. They were so rude that we decided to skip the manicures, because their distaste for us was so obvious, and frankly unwarranted. When they asked again for our mani color, I told her we were skipping the manicures. Were they surprised or upset that we were not going through with our manicures? Nope, didn't say a word and just kept talking about us all while my nail tech gave me obvious means faces and looks that my sister picked up on when I wasn't looking. When time came to go to the dryer, I was so insulted that I really did not even want my tech to touch me to help roll down my sweatpants, that is how bad of an energy I received from her. While at the dryers, the ladies came over to let us know we owed $75 for our services (the joke of it all was we paid for the "Fresh Pedicure" that was $10 more than the basic pedicure & it was absolutely pathetic). I handed them $75 in cash and they counted the money, clearly counting out loud for extra to see if we included a tip. Nope! I have NEVER left a salon without a tip but these women were so incredibly mean to us for no reason at all and did a terrible job. I reminded my sister that other people are more deserving of our tip money, and these women were disrespectful to us as paying clients. The lady that did my nails ran for the hills, never checked in to see if my nails were dried before we took off which didn't surprise me because clearly she didn't care and I guess once she realized she wasn't getting a tip, her work was done. We saw the bad service for other clients as they walked in and I just realized they don't have standards here and treat their clients horribly. After 15 min under the weak nail dryer, we were desperately waiting for our nails to dry so we could get the hell out of there, and finally my sister's nail tech came over and said our nails were dry. We put our socks and left. In true NailBerry fashion, when we got home many of our nails were smudged. Honestly, I didn't care at that point. I'll get a polish change elsewhere. People work hard to treat themselves to these services and all human beings are deserving of basic respect & kindness which my sister and I were not afforded at this salon. Now we have to find somewhere else to do our gel manicures and take up another afternoon but it could be worse. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more
