Decent nail salon situated on busy Steinway Street. I like coming here because there are so many chairs and pedicure stations so there's rarely a wait. The salon has a wide variety of colors to choose from, and carry both OPI and Essie polishes which are my go-tos. On my last visit here I came at around 12 pm on a Tuesday for a regular manicure and pedicure and was able to be taken right away. I picked out a color and my manicurist got to work on my pedicure. She was very thorough and quick, which I appreciated. I opted for a 10 minute back massage as well while my nails dried which was also great. I paid $45 for a manicure, pedicure and 10 minute massage which I think is more than reasonable for the area. The salon itself is a little run down and colors are disorganized but for the price and service, I'm willing to overlook it. read more

I just had TO leave a review! I don't know why there is so much bad reviews because I just LOVE this nail salon! When I came here for my very first time, they were so welcoming and nice! They asked for what I wanted and they had so much colors to pick from! Also went I went into their bathroom, it smelled so fresh, nice and it was so clean! They honestly do such good nails! My nails look so good and it's way cheaper than these other stores that charge $500! They are so welcoming and the place is big and clean! They have lots of room and tables so you don't need to even wait that long to get started on your nails! My nails I wanted was hard, difficult and it took long but the workers were so patient and the manger did my nails past the store closing time because she was so kind and took her time! They always decorate their shop at holidays and in Halloween they had such good decorations and all the kids loved it! It was so welcoming and so friendly! If you want a perfect to go nail shop to go to, it's definitely this nail salon! This shop deserves a 5 star review! Also, most of the bad reviews here wanted to do their nails when it was already broken or damaged! Like it's their fault and why are you doing your nails when it's broken! But I recommend this cause they give massages, waxing, nails, pedicures and more! They are just the best and I fell asleep because of how relaxing the massage was! The waxing does hurt of course, But, they are super gentle with you and try their best for it to not hurt! They have so much accuracy and great talent! The vibes are so cozy and definitely recommend! Please don't try to damage the shop's reputation because they are so kind and they are actually so good. So I don't know why their is bad reviews showing their broken nails like I know but its probably because their nails were already broken and they have been damaged already before they probably went to the shop! I asked for a fill in on my acrylic wrapped nails along with a matte top coat. (Nails were 2 weeks out) The older man nodded and proceeded to take me to the back. No words were said about pricing *** ( I knew the full in was 45 with gel) 1. My nails were about a Centimeter longer than what's in the picture shown. I asked for him to make it closer to my skin. (No problem with the shape or length) when I went to pay he charged me an extra $5 for a cut down .. o_O I asked the younger man what's a cut down he said when your nails are long and we have to cut them and shows me a size with his fingers of length ... I looked at the older man and asked were my nails that long? Because I came here with not even a centimeter longer than this right now - both men pretended not to speak English. 2. When I asked for matte on the initial conversation before service I should have been told that the top coat is $5.00 extra - not just charged. & the old man took 2 Hours !!! Idk why they have such a bad rating this place is the best nail salon I've ever been to. Prices are so ideal (gel pedi $40, reg 27, sns powder $40). I recently moved out of New York to jersey and I still travel all the way over to them because it's not even worth wasting my time or money anywhere else. They treat u like a princess and go out of their way to give you perfectly shaped nails, but what's most impressive is how LONG their nails last. My powder dip nails go weeks and never crack!! Wish I could give ten stars for customer service. Came in for a regular manicure and somehow managed to completely messed up my thumb once I got back to my apartment after 15 minutes of drying. I debated going back, but very glad I did. They were very friendly and helpful in helping me find the color and redid the nail no charge. I have another salon I usually go to with less staff and color options so this will definitely be my back up for when I can't get an apt there or want a more adventurous color. I loved this place. Probably won't be coming back. I'm very disappointed in my last nail tech. I've never had her before, and I gave her a chance, but this was not $40 work. I've come here three times in the past five months and they've cut my feet during the pedicures twice. The first time I got a bad infection from the cut on the bottom of my foot that took weeks to heal. The man that did my pedicure today was way too rough and cut me with both the foot file and cuticle nippers. He didn't say anything when I pointed out the blood and kept looking at it like he didn't know what it was. I had to ask the cashier for a bandaid. Now my feet are sore and I have to worry about getting another infection. I will not be coming here again, which is a disappointment because it's so close to home & convenient. A very nice gentlemen did my feet (bless his heart cuz they was nasty). I was in and out. I noticed some other reviews mentioned a little pricey. I just happen to walk by this place and get my acrylic tips done. The service is friendly they greet you when you walk in and give you a little massage when it's drying. I had the honor of the new owner doing my nails(Jenna), she finessed my nails. She took her time to shape and make sure they were good and to my liking, also the price was very reasonable. I wasnt going to write a review despite being extremely disappointed by my manicure on Friday but today changed my mind. I got a chrome manicure and a regular pedicure. The lady that did my mani/pedi did a beautiful job shaping and was precise. I didn't even mind when she cut my cuticle because of how nicely shaped my nails were (that cuticle is now infected - photos to come). Everyone had difficulties applying the powder for the chrome effect and by the end of it I just wanted to go home. They kept reapplying powder and by the end whoever was working on it just used a chrome polish as oppose to powder to cover up the mistakes. I honestly wouldn't go back to even get this nail fixed but it does bother a lot to have paid $40 for a manicure that isn't going to last a week. read more
