My poor toe, cut so short it burns :(

This review is for the nail salon in the back of Boudoir Salon. I came here for a pedicure because my usual nail salon was closed and I had heard good things. My pedicure was rushed, sloppy and painful. The woman cut one of my toenails so short that the raw skin under the nail became exposed. The polish looks OK, comparable to if I'd done it myself. I found it odd that no one helped me get from the pedicure chair to the drying area, let alone turn the thing on. I actually had to ask if the dryer was working because it made a loud clicking noise. In short, the prices are great and the space is cute, but given the shoddy service, I can't recommend it.

Pedi and gel mani. I love this coral summery color :)

Great service-- little busy on the weekend but they always make an effort to fit you in.

First time getting a Russian manicure and I must say I'm in love. My nail tech Megan was so nice…read moreand took her time. It was worth every minute. I've been looking to give the acrylic a break and grow my natural nails and think I found just what I needed. Didi was there and she was nice to talk to as well. The space is nice and clean and I felt very welcome. Will definitely be back can't wait to see my nail progress on the next visit

I am so tired of establishments charging an arm and a leg for less than stellar service. The…read morepretentious policy and shoddy work don't align with the cost. I booked a service in February. I was going back and forth about a design, in which the person working there was of no help including the Tech that was a "Pro". After some time, I decided to do a French with 2 small hearts on 2 nails. Apparently, that's considered "Complex nail art". The tech who had a mask and heavy accent told me the price in which I clearly didn't understand until I went to pay. YES, I was upset that my nails cost me $150 (no extension etc) when I went to check out! Despite me being surprised, I STILL TIPPED HER (something I regret had I known they would deny me service moving forward). What's more upsetting is that I had to CONTINUOUSLY CORRECT THE TECH (a "pro") while she was doing my nails. Why am I paying so much money and she can't make sure the white on my tips are actually covering the nails properly? Why did she leave actual gel on the sides of my cuticles? Lastly, why did I pay $150 and had BUBBLES IN MY NAIL BED? I showed the girl at the desk, and she HAPPILY TOOK MY MONEY DESPITE SEEING THE BUBBLES. Let me guess, that's all my fault too, right? You think they cared about the actual work done on my nails? HA! Yet, I'm supposed to happily fork over my money for mediocre work and accept it? You guys did me a favor by denying me service. Oh, it's very telling when your nail techs don't stay long in either of your locations! SMH!
