The main reason I called them was because my screens were a mess (only 3) because of construction. They were not cleaned properly whatsoever and he promised to come back. i contacted them three times and they stopped responding. They said I didn't technically pay for the screen cleaning but I 100% told him this over the phone. They were disappointing and did not complete the job. I now have to call someone else. I do not recommend them whatsoever!

Contacted owner on 11/22/23 for a gutter cleaning quote. He drove by that week but never reached…read moreout (I saw him when he was driving by that's the only way I knew he came). I then let him have my used dog crate on 12/6 (he made a Facebook post that he needed one) and when he came to get it he stated he could do the gutter cleaning job for me, quoted a price and stated that the ladder needed (tall townhome) was on order. I hadn't heard from him at all since 12/6 so I reached out this Monday 3/4 and he opened my message but didn't reply. So today, 3/8/24, I told him I didn't need his assistance because I found another company. Do you think 107 days between initial contact and today when I had to reach out to let him know I didn't need his services is acceptable? Also, he let me know today, 107 days later, that he didn't have the money to get the ladder and didn't get it from his dad for Christmas so instead of reaching out to me after Christmas to let me know the ladder was never on order as previously stated, he didn't communicate anything to me at all and called me rude because I told him his communication skills need work. I would never ever use this company because he clearly doesn't have any transparency and pretty much blames his customers for his errors with communication. Very unpleasant experience.
