The only advice I can give you, if you are looking into this company, or Chad Green, is go…read moreelsewhere. Chad is a con-artist. I should of seen the red flags when he no called no showed the original day to perform the work. We had already put a deposit down for the services, so I figured I'd give him another shot. Although accurate photos were provided for the drywall repair in question, on the day he arrived to perform said work, he was full of excuses and BS. He then claimed, he couldn't perform the job which was fine, and would refund the deposit for the project. Then after several hour waits, a several calls, he has still failed to refund the deposit despite saying he was going to. My saving grace was I used Venmo for it and they are going to get my funds back. Again, he is a con-artist with poor character. Use literally any other business.

TJ was excellent at communication but Mother Nature did not allow us to proceed as scheduled. He was going to be out of town when we could next complete the job. He went above and beyond to offer to find someone to help; I was able to use the realtor's contact. I was not able to use his services however, I still wanted to write a review because I feel he deserves the accolades for his excellent customer service, ability to stay in contact and offer to help out in any way. He followed up to make sure I was covered. I find it rare to come across these qualities in most business transactions. Thank you TJ for being such a professional and caring person.

We discussed over the phone and he picked up the wood for a really good price the next day. Then I decided to go to another store and get some furnitures (6 box springs). He went to pick them up as well and delivered them, he nicely set them up in my place so it is not in the way as I was just moving in...While he was still at my place doing the drop off, I decided to tell him that I had some furnitures in my storage in NY and that I do not want the storage to charge me a fee for the next month which is in 4 days, he said, to me, " oh, let's go get it so you don't get charged the fees, I can do it for you"! . In about 30 hours, at around 4am, Eric drove all the way to NY to my storage, I had someone meet him there to open the storage door and to help load the truck, he drove back the same day and deliver the furniture in the afternoon. I was so happy, so blessed and I saved on storage fees :). Ever since, Eric has been helping me to pick up and deliver with his truck. And also, since this is a new home and I love to update any homes that I move into, Eric has been helping with all the paint jobs, Changing the light fixtures, and more... I will be leaving more reviews on other jobs that he's currently doing at the home.
