Not gonna lie: sometimes I forget to shut my trash bin. Then it rains. Sometimes a trash bag leaks…read moreand leaves putrid trash juice in the bottom of the bin. Sometimes I forget to put the trash out and the bags sit for two weeks. Oh btw it's 90deg and humid, (and baby flies love it). At some point this becomes an untenable situation and I have to rinse out the bin. Where? My lawn? The gutter? Not ideal. And I imagine the trash truck workers having to deal with the horrendous smell of my trash can. I love this service: they eliminated all of this! And it's not expensive! And they're pros- show up when I need them, leave my bin clean, smelling like well, nothing. I do not have a problem with a business being busy. That is a good problem for a business to have. My issue comes, when instead of saying you are busy, the business continually makes appts or followups they do not keep. At that point you do something I have a problem with, you waste the one thing none of us can afford to waste, you waste time. In this case you waste my time and that, especially when you do it repeatedly, I find annoying and unprofessional. If you can't do a job, say that, I am happy to give business to others.
