This service was extremely unprofessional and he did not finish the job. He was supposed to come back and fix the dry wall, yet it was left unfinished. The paint job, he did not remove the tape and told us he was going to come back and razor it off, never did and all the paint peeled. This job was contracted in beginning of June. I have reached out several times, and keep getting pushed off. Please see pictures for his work. Needed help with indoor and outdoor repairs and upkeep. He is great he is flexible with the weather it rained two days he was supposed to come and he texted early in the AM to let me know; he did not charge for the estimate he charged fairly for his time on the job. We have paid three or four times to have a window leak repaired and he found it and got it done. He has a good honest eye for future problems or things you may not have noticed ( a huge hornet nest in the eave) and he tells you how to solve it even if it is not something that would require his services. In short I liked him I would recommend him. I plan to use his services again. read more

Hallelujah! We had someone botch installing our wall AC, and we're looking to get it fixed ASAP because we were left with a hole in the wall. Alan and his associate came a little later than I expected, but they started working on it on the spot where I was expecting to have to schedule them to come back. I guess they listened when we said that our main central AC was also broken and we were hoping to get at least this wall unit fixed before the heat wave. I noticed the occasional poor review for Alan but since most of them were good, figured he was a good bet - I was wrong. I had him come by to give an estimate for patching a couple of holes in our ceiling drywall after water leaks. We set a time for him to come by... and no show. After 1 1/2 hours, I sent him a message asking if he was coming, he gave an excuse that he'd lost track of time. So he shows up 2 hours late, inspects, and gives an estimate equal to what another guy had quoted. I asked him that since he'd made me wait 2 hours, if he'd be willing to give a discount to put him over the top vs. the other guy. He said yes and we agreed on a price, with him promising to send a written estimate to me so we'd have it on paper and could set up a time for the repair work. A week later, no contact. I send him a message asking what the story was, and no response even to this day. Maybe he does good work, but that doesn't matter if you can't count on him to keep his appointments and agreements. read more
