In both cases, he not only did excellent work, but went over and above what was expected, in each job doing more than contracted without an increase in price. In addition, in our basement, we needed lighting and a small bathroom remodel. Tony gave us a solid estimate for each, and completed the jobs in a very timely fashion. At all times during the project, he was very mindful of ensuring our home was kept as clean as possible and protected from the "side effects" associated with a project of this size. We did just that when we hired Michael and his team. Michael and his crew are professional, efficient and experienced. He has painted the inside of our home amongst other jobs such as updating bathroom pipes, installing a bathroom vanity and adding a new electrical outlet to our basement (including mapping out the new wiring). Before he provides you with a quote he'll thoroughly look at problem areas and will explain what is not functioning and how he plans to fix the issue. After he completes a job, he'll reach out to ensure you have not had any issues with his work. 10/10 I'd recommend Michael and his team to other homeowners looking to make updates and repairs on their homes.
