Then we ran into a small issue where I felt some work was improperly completed and wanted to work through it and that's where it all fell apart. The receptionist was extremely accusatory at first but did eventually call to apologize and I hoped things would be better. Once I talked to the owner he seemed really understanding and accommodating and even sent me a really thoughtful response as they were working though the issues with me so I had high hopes that we would fix the issue and continue on with the work, only they just stopped communicating with me completely. I would have fully understood if they came to a conclusion and explained to me why but they chose to do nothing and that was really disappointing. Now I have a half finished bathroom and construction debris that they left behind that I'm having to pay a new person to finish the work and clean up behind them.
