Wonderful. Fantastic. Great. Will use them forever…read more I initially called WM Roofing for driveway sealant. Was really happy with what Henry had to say as well as his price (literally 1/3 of what at least one other estimate was), and even better, he said "Yeah, we also do gutter work and siding power washing". So we had them do it all!! Communication was great. And continues to be great. They did the work and I asked them to return a couple of months later for some minor "touch-up" sorts of stuff. They did so with no hesitation. Really happy with everything and we will definitely have them come back every 2-3 years for more power washing and driveway sealing.

It was on the weekend and we had a guest, so we wanted to get the situation resolved quickly. We were fortunate though because even with the pictures we sent David, he still wanted to come out to see in person what was going on with the leak. The same day we called, he came out. They didn't charge us like it was an emergency like companies like roto-rooter would. They ended up replacing a copper sewer pipe (our house is from the 60s) running from the upstairs bathroom down to the kitchen pantry. It only took them two days for the repairs and others have stated the estimates and final cost were very reasonable. We hope to use DDL again in the future.

They even stayed and finished the project in a pouring down rainfall so as not to inconvenience me by coming back. In all of my time using hired handymen I have never seen anyone come so prepared for the project than I did Mike. Not only did he bring fast drying cement but he brought his own WATER TOO in case there wasn't a working hose at the residence. This guy is a pro! He quoted me a more than fair price including parts and labor simply by considering the photos I sent him and did not change his price even after having to pick up more hardware for the job. I could go on forever about Mike and his son so I'll stop. Did I say not only did he show up on time but he communicated with me throughout the day to remind me he was still coming. He knew I was cautious of he being a no show because the handyman I had scheduled for the day before didn't show and texted me over 4 hours later with some BS excuse. Kelbie gave me options, and a much, much better deal and great value relative to the others. They were out for an estimate the next day after I called.
