Meet the Business Owner: Leonard A.
Leonard, a franchisee with The Joint Chiropractic, brings over 20 years of experience in business and IT planning. “At Sparkle, we’re able to combine data-driven business strategy with genuine care for pets and clients,” he shared. “We’re offering services that go beyond basic grooming to truly enhance a dog’s well-being.”
For Krysi, opening a Sparkle salon is a full-circle moment. “I was born and raised in Boulder, and I’ve spent my career in people-centered roles—sales, staffing, HR,” she said. “This is my opportunity to build something meaningful in the community I love, and to bring the kind of care, culture, and customer service I know this town deserves.”
