I've had my dog groomed 2 times by this company, no complaints with the groomers, My dog is short haired and only needs bathing and nail trims, the groomers both did a good job. However, the company is breaking the law in the way they collect card and electronic payments. In their agreement that they have you sign, it states that they charge 2.90% on all card and electronic transactions, they even reference Colorado Revised Statute 5-2-212 as their ability to do so. However, they apparently never read the statute. It very clearly states that they can charge that fee on credit cards and credit cards ONLY. It specifically states that it is unlawful to charge on debit, electronic payments, gift cards etc.. (anything that is considered cash). Today I paid cash, but then remembered that in April I used my debit for groom and gave a cash tip to the groomer. It was supposed to be $80 and they charged my card $88.08 in violation of the law. I will be requesting a refund and recommend that anyone that paid debit or electronic request a refund of those fees. read more
