From the moment we walked in, we could tell this wasn't just a grooming salon -- it's a place run by people who genuinely love dogs. The facility is spotless, bright, and welcoming. Every staff member we encountered was kind, patient, and clearly experienced in handling animals with care and confidence. We have a Lab, so he doesn't require haircuts, but even without a cut, the transformation was incredible. He came out looking absolutely beautiful -- shiny coat, perfectly trimmed nails, clean ears, fresh breath -- and most importantly, he was EXTREMELY happy. Tail wagging, prancing, smiling. As pet parents, that means everything. A huge shoutout to Elise, who was beyond fantastic. She treated our dog like her own, paid attention to every detail, and made sure he was comfortable the entire time. You can truly tell she understands animals and has a special touch with them. We felt completely at ease leaving our pup in her care. One of the things that really impressed us is the wide range of services and add-ons available. They offer pedicures, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, nail painting, brushing, de-shedding treatments -- and for dogs that require haircuts, they have unlimited grooming options. It's such a brilliant concept! Whether your dog needs a simple refresh like ours or full grooming services, they have you covered. We ended up signing up for the monthly program, and we honestly could not be happier. It's such an amazing value, especially if you want your dog consistently looking and feeling their best. We've been going to Sparkle for almost a year now. They always know how to handle our precious babies. Our husky does not like his toes touched. No problem here. Our groomer Mackenzie always knows how to comfort him and get the job done. Our lab mix is a very high energy high stress dog. She's nervous about everything. No problems from her when Mackenzie comes to get her it's like she is going with someone she trusts. I would recommend this place for your babies care. read more

They did a good job with my dogs. I was happy with how they turned out, but the unfortunate part about this place is their subscription based so you would have to pay a monthly fee which my dogs do not need monthly grooming so unfortunately I won't be using them even though they do do a great job. read more

I've had my Great Pyrenees groomed at Spark twice. The first time, they didn't do a good job with the nail grind, and my poor girl hurt herself while scratching. The second time, she came back still damp. I was signed up as a member even though I never asked for that. Their "VIP parking" is nice in concept, but they don't seem to enforce it, as both times I saw other customers sitting in their cars when their dog wasn't done with grooming. Their pricing is fair, assuming they actually complete the groom. Maybe they aren't trained/equipped for large, fluffy breeds. If that's the case, they shouldn't take in those breeds. Poor drying can lead to hotspots, and that is not something I want my dog to go through. read more

Hands down the best dog groomer in Gilbert. Took our two Goldendoodles (Mr. Pickles and Mango) last week for the first time. This place is anything but average. Booking was simple online. I was charged for 3 months of dog grooming services and there is no openings to even get my dog groomed. When I brought this to their attention they wouldn't refund me. Heard of this groomers via word of mouth and glad I checked it out. Everyone is very professional and welcoming. The interior is very clean and open it's nice they have windows for the grooming station just in case you wanted to watch your pup. Fernando did a excellent job with my dog I've never seen him look or smell so good they also us high quality products which I think's definitely helps with shedding. This place has the worst customer service. I have been a member over a year now and have had so many issues with them. They postponed my dogs service and charged me two monthly fees and did nothing to compensate for two months of paying with no service. They then postponed my dog for vaccines which he had already received. When they rescheduled me they didn't ask for the proof of vaccines. But again denied service due to it being too long in between cuts. This place is horrible they don't care about their customers or the dogs that are brought into this place I will never do buisness with them again. They deserve 0 stars and should be shut down! read more

We recently adopted a Great Pyrenees from Friends for Life Gilbert (also recommend if you're looking for the next addition to your family) and was looking for a place to get her regularly groomed. We signed up for a membership before our first visit and am so happy that we did! Notes about our Freya - she's a flopper when she's not excited to do things so I knew it may be a little bit of a struggle for her to be groomed. super stubborn and will refuse to listen to anyone if she doesn't want to. When we went to pick her up she was glowing! Looked so polished and great. When I asked them how she did they told us she "did her best" and told us some of the struggles in the kindest way which I thought was so polite. Let's face it... we don't control our dogs personalities but we all get offended if someone tells us our pets aren't perfect in a new environment with strangers they don't know. They also included some extra trimming and dematting (first groom after being adopted, not lack of care on our part) at no cost which they didn't have to do but was thankful they did for our first visit and I know it's because they cared about her. Brought my German shepherd in for a grooming appointment with his muzzle as he is reactive and nervous with new people. I received a call after dropping him off that they couldn't groom him due to him being too aggressive. I never had this issue at Exceptional Pets and since they closed, not sure where I'm supposed to take my very nervous dog. read more

We have been going to Sparkle since Dec. 2023. We have been paying the basic membership fee for ANY SIZE DOG for once a month. They always complete both of my dogs within the hour. They are now charging us an additional fee of $20 per dog for XL dogs, WITHOUT notification. They state that the dogs use extra product due to their size. There is NO mention of such fee on any of their signs or website. They have just decided to start adding the fee, even though they advertise ANY SIZE BREED for $45. This is very disappointing for the type of service we are getting. My dogs are always still wet, and they spend very little time with them. If I am going to spend the extra then I might as well go back to my other groomer and pay the extra money and get my money's worth. $45 is a great price for a bath, quick brush and a wet dog. read more

My experience at sparkle left much to be desired,employees were rude and had no knowledge of how to treat a customer! If you ever need to have your pets nails trimmed you're better off taking them to a vet because it's way cheaper and the vet does a way better job!
