Never going back!!! Tom is the only one I would trust. Totally ridiculous. They have no clue how to massage a muscle, their ignorance is In fact physically damaging!! --the first employee was digging her elbow into my ribs--She didn't speak English, so I had to yell at her to stop and demand another employee who was also clueless. Shut these sham places down! Someone is going to get seriously injured due to their negligence. My dang rib is sore, why would they massage a bone? I'm naming names LuLu and Peggy! read more

AVOID THIS PLACE! It's cheap, but not worth it in the slightest! I agree with many other reviewers saying the masseurs are extremely hard and rough. I, too, had major pains and neck cramps the day after my massage. I told my masseur during the massage that it was too hard. I prefer deep, strong massage with plenty of pressure. However, I'm not sure anyone here knows what they are doing. Its actually dangerous. They are hurting people. I have had foot reflexology and back massage from here and was hoping for a nice massage. I live near by and get massage treatment often. I have given the place the benefit of doubt, going there 4 times and they are always TOO HARD and painful massages. No technique what so ever. As I was getting a foot massage a woman came in and asked for a chair massage. As she was receiving her massage she was also shouting out in pain and saying that it was too hard. Besides the terrible quality of massage I was also repeated solicited during my foot massage to opt for only 30 min foot and try 30 minute back massage as well. Two separate visits they kept trying to up sell me to a different massage. I had to tell them 3-4 times. NO! I'm not interested. Last but not least, one of the masseurs sat in the front and ate his food which was very pungent food while I was getting my foot massage. Very tacky. This place will not last. It's a shame. I would love a good foot reflexology clinic near by! read more

I was just walking by to go see a movie last Sunday and Spa Palace had an A sign outside that caught my eye. I stopped for a second to read it and a gentleman came out inquiring if I had any questions or if I was interested in a foot massage. Happily I went in thinking that I could use a decent reflexology. Well I had much more than that when u met Cici. She had strong hands, which is just the way I like, and her deep tissue massage was absolutely amazing. I came here for a quick massage because of the head pressure I was having from flying in from California. I don't live in the area so I was praying to get some relief and Tom delivered! I felt so much better and it felt great, he also got some knots out which was a little rough but it felt good at the same time. He was good and I recommend Spa Palace to anyone who is looking for true professionalism. However, when I asked about Sia, nobody knew what to say. I went for a massage and cupping. It was a great massage and reasonably priced. The place can be a bit loud and noise travels easily, but again, its a good price. Some of the masseuses don't speak much English, so it can be hard to communicate, but they seem very skilled and professional. The place is nice and clean which is why I gave 2 stars. But the service is horrible. For the first 30 minutes of my massage I was poked all over my body over the towel with her elbow. After using oil on my body I thought she would use her hands and show me her good technique. NO, she used her forearm and elbow the WHOLE TIME! I was so angry but I can't complain to someone with no technique because they are simply not skilled. After spending the entire time on my upper back she asks me if I'd like to add more time. So I asked her if she was going to do my legs and she said yes but she just wanted to know how to spread the time. Are you kidding me. When she did my legs which COMMON sense the muscles are bigger so go a little stronger, she used her hands but like she was petting a pUppy. No pressure at all. I don't know how this place has 4 stars but I'm starting to lose my faith in yelp. DISAPPOINTED! Wouldn't recommend. Not only do they not comprehend English well, they don't follow directions. I went for a back massage and had to ask the woman 4 times to calm down because she was so rough. The first two times she ignored me completely. And another man further away overheard and had to tell her that im saying something. Then she didn't do my back at all. Only my neck and shoulders when I said to do those two and my back. Disappointing esp when you really needed to relax and get a massage. Never again. read more

I went in today because I had visited this place a few months back and really liked my 1hr session with Lucas. I went in today to have the same service 30 mins back rub with 30 foot. I had someone else named lulu no biggie however she was rushing through the session. I know for a fact she didn't do 30 mins on my feet because upon arrival there was an older couple there and they were getting foot rubs and they still were sitting when I got up. Someone sat next to me she was with a friend and asked them in their language if she was going to be long because she wanted to sit next to her friend she said maybe 5 more minutes so I got a total of maybe 20 mins or less of the foot rub. It honestly felt really rushed. And they kept Looking at me. I felt sort of uncomfortable. The back massage was ok. The foot rub sucked! She barely did anything. I also felt I was a bit discriminated against because of the community that goes there. I'm not one to complain and I work just as hard and equally as everyone else does, therefore I tipped her more 20% because that is her job and to show that you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. But I definitely wasn't happy with todays Service. The guy at the front desk though was super friendly and sweet. It just sucked because I was looking forward to the "relaxing" experience and I have recommended this place to family and friends so it would be a bummer if this is no longer the go to place. read more

Was not expecting how good this place was ! I was taking a stroll down the avenue and stumbled upon Spa Palace . Upon walking inside the place I was greeted with a fairly warm welcome . In addition to that I didn't have a reservation and they made sure to get me a placement very quickly anyways . I received a massage from a man named Tom who has been a masseuse for 20+ years ! He talked calmly to me throughout my massage helping me relax and enjoy . I would definitely recommend others to stop by and experience the fantastic massages they give here. read more

Honestly, after leaving I questioned whether I should have asked for a deep tissue massage. My husband and I were beat up! In a good way. I'm on day 3 not and most of my knots are all gone! This place was amazing. I had found a mausse that was great. But when the young girls are behind the counter they treat the customers like dirt. I went in today and asked for my regular massage with my regular mausse and I was told she had gone back to China. Would I be willing to try someone else. I said okay and then the counter girl tried to "upswell" me. She said I would need a longer time than what I had asked for. So I left with no massage. Twenty minutes later I was walking by and there in the window was the woman I had asked for. Had she returned from China so quickly? I want to be clear here the review is not about the mausse but rather about the clerk at the front desk. Arrogant and condensing and to boot a liar. Please note that none of this happens when the middle aged gentlemen is working the front desk, he treats the customers with respect and does not lie to their faces. Pretty sad because I was going twice a week for a massage and I was really loving it. Needless to say I won't be going back. Here is what the owner replied which proves my point exactly: Nasty to the Customers!!! Instead of trying to correct the issue she continues to be NASTY!!!! I really wanted to like this place but the guy I was assigned (I asked for a strong guy) was not the most experienced and gave a hesitant but competent massage. The type that gives you a bit of a headache if you are the type who takes super deep torture massages regularly.
