I went to get my acrylic nails off and the guy on the 5th chair, trimmed all of my nails too low. I have 2 nails in particular, but especially my thumb nail that are lower than the rest of my nails and it's breaking in the middle of my nails. It's so low my whole nail bends backwards even. He was too aggressive with my hands too. I don't recommend this place at all especially after this treatment. read more

Went for a simple mani. The lady didn't push my cuticles back at all. Went to cut and left me with hang nails that 2 weeks later I'm still trying to get under control. All she did was chat with the coworkers the entire time. 20 bucks down the drain. Save your self. Go elsewhere . Worst ever. There's no reason for this read more

I love Spa Nail, Ryan is my guy. He is fast and effective. My nails look great for at least three weeks!

Since when did they start charging nail polish as an extra item on a pedicure? I asked for a $48 pedicure, and paid 60 because nail polish was extra! Mind you I gave cash tip! Don't think I'll be going back! read more

I just moved to the area from North Carolina and was looking for a place to get a pedicure and a full set of nails. I walked right in and was greeted promptly and directed to a chair for my pedicure. I did wait a bit of time after the pedicure for someone to do my full set of nails, but they were very busy. And I expected a possible wait with walking in and not having an appointment. The ladies that waited on me and did my nails and pedicure were very nice and pleasant, the pedicure chair was comfy, and my full set of nails look great. I don't understand why there are bad reviews because I was pleased, they reminded me of my normal nail salon back where I used to live! read more

Excellent foot message and soak. It was very relaxing and Thorough. I will definitely go again and again. The chairs where comfortable and the message worked. The staff was also very attentive and the prices are fair! read more

I had the best pedicure done by Nokie and had the French dipping powder on my nails done by Jessie. These ladies are fantastic! They take their time and make sure you are happy. Jessie even talked me into eyelashes! I will definitely be requesting these ladies again when I go back. After the changes with staff I was giving them one more shot as I was not super happy but these ladies certainly changed my mind with their customer service. read more

Went on Monday to get a fill. The nails kept getting caught on my hair. The nails felt like I have a hang nail and I go back today to tell to fill it all they did was file the nails.I will not be going back.they do not deserve a 1 star. read more

I don't like giving bad reviews ever. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but this place is just ridiculous. Twice I have made Appoitments and each time after waiting an hour they don't bother to see me. Mind you I advise them and they tell me to wait longer. What's the point of making appointments if even after an hour they don't bother seeing you. I came here for convince but lord knows you are better off driving further for better service and better quality and better sanitation DO NOT BOTHER COMING HERE TRUST ME! read more

My go-to place shut down and my mom recommended this place close to her. Not an especially memorable experience but that could be both good and bad. A little rough on the maintenance (clipping and digging) but the foot scrub and massage was excellent and thorough. Paint job is nice and neat with pretty flowers. Not sure if the upgrades (35+) are worth it, I just got a basic pedicure for $25 and a $5 flower design. Will probably come back and try out the gel nails. read more

Awful service! Went in to get a fill and pedicure for my daughter and myself. The lady got up when she was taking my polish off to wax another customer who walked in. Came back and told me I should get a new set of nails. I told her no since my set was only 2 weeks old. She proceeded to tell me that my nails will end up looking thick cause of that. I told her no I would not like them thick. She told me she needed to charge me $45 cause she had to work on my entire nail. - aren't you suppose to work on the entire nail for a fill? All this was mentioned after she took off my nail polish with her drill. Leaving my nails looking messed up. She never finished nails. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE- RUDE AS HELL! read more

I've been going to this nail salon for years and they have slowly been declining since half of the staff left and went someplace else. I thought I would give them another shot today and after sitting in the chair with my feet soaking for an hour and two other people who walked in after me being taken before me I got up and walked out. Needless to say I will not be going back. read more

Slow as molasses. High turnover. Won't use them again. Does not say it's under new management but sure feels that way.

Customer Service should always be the one quality your employees and business leaders value when operating a business in such a small community, such as Deltona, Florida. I visited Spa Nails location next door to Publix last Friday, May 10th at 6:45 p.m. and Nail Rep Jesse (who sits at the front when you enter by the cash register) that was very rude, very upset and lashing out at customers...all because, it was busy. I understand the pressure to complete all services for Mother Day's Weekend, however, being rude and disrespectful to a customer because I mistakenly call her Mimi. She was wearing a mask and I clearly made a mistake by calling her mimi. After being accosted by this rude individual, I immediately, apologized and said I was sorry I took you for Mimi. My family were in Deltona for the weekend, my mother in law, my sister and siter in law all wanted to get their nails done, and as a result of this unfortunate rude encounter with Jesse, we decided to give our business to another nail outlet in Deltona. My professional assessment is that, Jesse need a training course on how to effectively communicate under pressure and how to be kinder to customers entering Spa Nails. Note, I've been coming to your facility for over 10 years and I was sadden by this event. Thank you very much. Shelly read more

Came in for a gel pedicure and was overall pleased with the service for what felt like a rush job. I selected the $38 package. I did not expect to pay $68 after 18% tip for just a pedicure. Will not be returning. read more

I've been going here for almost 2 years and I've had little to no complaints up until 2 days ago when I went in for a lip and chin wax and it was raised and swollen so I put some aloe and cold compress on to let the swelling go down. I woke up yesterday and my lip creases and my chin. I have been once again putting fresh aloe and neosporin every few hours to protect it from scarring. I went back today and they just gave me a gift card to the salon for 16.00 which is the price of the wax WITH NO TIP. I just wanted them to even offer to help pay for all the Vaseline lip moisturizer I had to buy ans the anti scar creams and stuff. They lost a very loyal customer today. read more

Just went for the first time for the luxury pedicure. Tom did some amazing corners on my French pedi and Cindy went in on my man's ingrown toe nail. We will definitely be back regularly. We've been looking for a spot in Deltona for a while and this looks like the spot to be at. The place was busy but we were taken back for service immediately. I love that they use the plastic bags in the foot bath, makes you feel better about sanitation. They use individual kits for each pedicure and you get to pick your "scent/flavor" Good spot, definitely worth a try. read more

Three different times an appointment was made. Each time I had a minimum wait of 40 minutes. Last time 3 of us scheduled a pedicure appointment together. This was for a special occasion. Two were taken right away. Third individual was ignored until other first two were done. They also are consistent with giving you a different nail tech than who you've requested read more

I've been here twice. First time I got nail dip and it was bubbly and uneven. Yesterday I decided to give them a second chance and had a different specialist for regular polish. And it turned put bubbly, nails uneven and polish either everywhere including skin or not covering the whole nail at all. The following day I'm doing basic things around the house have massive chipping. I've had regular polish of my own doing last longer than this. I give 5 stars for the lady being pleasant but, the work and chipping the day after bumps it down to 2. read more

Their prices are ridiculous for the service you get!!! I went for a simple mani & pedi(most basic one) no gel just plain polish and end up paying over $65+ for it!!! Definitely don't recommend it and won't be going back because if not like I was impressed by the service. read more

This place deserves no stars. Horrible customer service. Last I heard they changed management so hopefully it gets better. I had a manicure and pedicure done. I left with my cuticles bleeding and my toes looking as if my children did them. I would never recommend this establishment. read more

If I could give this place less than one star I would. I called and made an appointment, get there, wait 40 minutes for them to put me in a pedicure chair and they still didn't do anything. So I had to walk out. There was absolutely no consideration. It was terrible and the displays of nails looked like they were done by people without talent. Keep looking for a place to go - ignore this place read more

Got a gift card for a pedicure on Father's Day. I couldn't go right away due to some physical things that happened, so I went for my birthday in September. The gift card was for $35, but since I hadn't used it in sooooo long, it was only worth $10! I'm sorry I ever went here. I had brought a friend along and the total bill AFTER using my card was $94! I wouldn't go here if my life depended on it. I was going to say that I could see deducting money after a year, but NO, there shouldn't be ANY deductions off of a gift card. I can't even tell my girlfriend about it because she'd be pissed! STAY AWAY! Run them out of business! read more

Friendliest staff but I must say, what's the point in having a website to book appointments when your appointment won't be honored?? I made an appointment for a Saturday at 12 and when I arrived there were no chairs left for waiting because there were so many people lingering in line. Apparently 2-3 of these ladies were waiting already for the technician I booked the appointment for and they didn't have an appointment. He was already running behind schedule and when his chair opened up at MY appointment time, the greeter sat down another lady in my place! I asked her when was I supposed to be attended because "you just pushed someone ahead of me", she nervously looked around, didn't reply and say me next 45 MINUTES LATER. Not cool!!!!! I have a small child at home and limited time to linger. Why else would I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT instead of just walking in and wasting my day read more

I love Nana, she always does a great job. I enjoy the atmosphere. I never go anywhere else.

I find it disrespectful that while I'm getting a pedicure the people that work there are talking to each other or on the phone in there own language instead if talking with the customer. If you can't speak English you shouldn't ve working wirh people. read more

I recently just moved to deltona from new jersey. Trying to find the right nail salon was a big thing for me . I came across spa nails on yelp and decided to give it a try . I went in for my eyebrows and a pedicure. Now I'm the beginning I'm always nervous when someone new touches my eyebrows, but nokie did a fantastic job. So gentle , got every hair and shaped perfectly. Next came the pedicure, there was many options to chose from (something I'm not use to). I ended up getting the deluxe pedicure and it was fabulous!!! The foot massage and calf massage was great. Once again nokie did a fantastic job. Very friendly very nice place . I will definitely keep going here ! read more

I wanted for this to be such a great experience, but unfortunately it wasn't. My nail tech, Lory, was less than pleasant. Not only did she try to up-sell the pedicure, even after my 4th time of saying "no" she proceeded to have a surly attitude toward me the entire time. She turned the water on in the middle of my pedicure to scalding hot and burned the back of my leg, she gouged so far under my toe nail that it bled, and she completely skipped the massage portion of the pedicure. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with the whole experience. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the paint itself came out well. If you go there, whatever you do, make sure you get a different nail tech. read more

My family and friends use to come here all the time. We stopped- they don't schedule accordingly- nor care. The customer service is horrible. The prices change- they are way overpriced. I no longer go to them- a lot of people stopped. I hear they relocated and customers are already not happy. A lot of us now go to elegant spa. Great service- great quality- and if you schedule an appointment it's valued. read more

Avoid if you're looking for decent customer service. I go to the salon to relax, and this place is far from relaxing. You're just a number, they do the service as fast as they can because it's always PACKED. I've been a few times and have only been satisfied with the service once and it was because I came in the middle of the day, on a week day. I just finished a pedicure and the lady skipped the entire massage. Rubbed some lotion on my legs for 20 seconds and started painting. Probably because I didn't agree to do the deluxe pedicure. I've made an appointment before and still waited 40 minutes. Also, they'll stick your feet in burning hot water and let you soak for 20+ minutes before ever helping you. They ALWAYS try to up sell items to take the most money from you as they can which is sad because they're already WAY over priced. The only reason I return is because they're the only salon in Deltona and honestly probably the only reason they're as busy as they are. The closest salon other than this one is 15+ minutes away. But honestly, it's worth the trip to avoid this place. Total hit or miss depending on who you get and even then, the ratio of good to bad is NOT good enough to chance. Edit.. post manicure.. I could write an essay about the horrible experience I just had. It only got worse.. Never coming back. read more

I use to go here all the time. Until it became a headache. The quality of my nails were cheap. Peter attitude was very unpleasant. The price always changes.. one week 35 , the next time 59, and for the exact same service. When I ask it's just an attitude. His wife Lynn can't do nails and her attitude is pleasant either. They started not caring about their customers and it showed. Now I hear they sold the business and are located in orange city. People are already complaining on the price change. Poor service, poor quality, nasty attitude and overpriced. If you want quality and great gel colors - go to elegant nail spa. You'll be thankful you did. read more
