I decided to hop in car and check it out. It was fairly busy when I walked in, but I signed in, and was immediately seated for a pedicure. I did have to wait about 15-20 min after my pedicure for someone to start on my full set of nails, but I expected that, as a walk in, and at the time of day I went. The employees were super nice and friendly, and I talked to the lady giving me a pedicure for a good while. She did excellent! The whole place felt nice, comfortable and chill. Glad I gave them a try!

The salon I've used for years before moving here only took about 90 minutes for both. My nails needed to be shortened and I showed the woman (no name given) the length I wanted. I also told her many times that I wanted them rounded not square. She still made them square after I told her at least 5 times to round them off. I unfortunately didn't look at my nails closely before leaving, but once home, I am very unsatisfied. My nails are square, there is a chunk missing on my thumb nail, most of the edges are so rough that they catch on things and pull my hair out. One of my tonsils has a big glob on it. Not smooth at all and my fingernails hurt. Never had my nails hurt before. After paying you $75.00 Plus tip, I should not have to file and shape my nails myself. Nor should I have to go elsewhere to fix the problems.
