I decided to hop in car and check it out. It was fairly busy when I walked in, but I signed in, and was immediately seated for a pedicure. I did have to wait about 15-20 min after my pedicure for someone to start on my full set of nails, but I expected that, as a walk in, and at the time of day I went. The employees were super nice and friendly, and I talked to the lady giving me a pedicure for a good while. She did excellent! The whole place felt nice, comfortable and chill. Glad I gave them a try!

The salon I've used for years before moving here only took about 90 minutes for both. My nails needed to be shortened and I showed the woman (no name given) the length I wanted. I also told her many times that I wanted them rounded not square. She still made them square after I told her at least 5 times to round them off. I unfortunately didn't look at my nails closely before leaving, but once home, I am very unsatisfied. My nails are square, there is a chunk missing on my thumb nail, most of the edges are so rough that they catch on things and pull my hair out. One of my tonsils has a big glob on it. Not smooth at all and my fingernails hurt. Never had my nails hurt before. After paying you $75.00 Plus tip, I should not have to file and shape my nails myself. Nor should I have to go elsewhere to fix the problems.

The kits are all organic and they have eight different types to choose from like cucumber melon for refreshing your feet and green tea for detox (those are the two we tried today) they finish off the pedicure with the hot wax treatment, which if you've never had, is a must. Leaves your feet feeling so soft. Everyone in the salon is super friendly and accommodating. They have so many different treatments for hands, feet, and face. If there is an extra charge for things, it'd be great to be told in advance - similar to when someone says that adding avocado is extra. The last time I got my nails done there, the lady that took care of me asked me if I liked the shape and I said yes, not realizing that it would cost extra to shape my nails round instead of whatever other shape is a normal charge. It just seemed like I was charged the same amount for a full set as I did for a fill and no one could explain why. I paid it and tipped but didn't come back because it just rubbed me the wrong way. When I first walked in the last time I went, I did notice that someone was upset about their service but didn't pay much attention to it and now I'm wondering if that person had the same issue I did.
