Amazing. I have mobility issues and their chairs and pedicure. Chairs were amazing. I was able to sit very comfortably without any issues for a full pedicure and full manicure with gel and their prices were very inexpensive compared to today's nails prices. I was very happy and it's right around the corner from my besties's house or wifey's house so this is my new nail spot and they did a remarkable job on my natural eyebrows so like I said, I will be back as a regular. I walked in around 5:15 and was taken back immediately for my pedicure. The first chair they put me in overflowed (they're supposed to turn off automatically) but everyone realized very quickly- the manager came with a mop and towels to clean everything up and I was moved to a new chair. I opted for the Luxury pedicure with the sugar scrub, clay mask, and hot towels- it was amazing! Perfect French pedicure. Then I got my manicure and Lilly was so attentive to detail! She did 2 layers of the top coat and filed again after. 10/10 will return and ask for her. They take Venmo, cash app, and Zelle for payments which was very convenient. read more

I walked in today with my mom and it was very busy but we got seated right away. Everyone was so nice. They were able to have my mom and I sit together. They offered us drinks and candy. Tina did my GelX nails she was amazing! I loved them! Lily did my pedicure, she was also very thorough. My mom also loved her pedicure and dip nails. She will be back. read more

They charged me $78 +tip , for acrylic with a very simple design (compared to all the crazy stuff people be doing) ! That's absurd to me. Never paid that much Deff recommend asking questions before getting your nails done. If I'm paying that much I expect Perfection! a hand massage, a back massage , (like my old nail salon does) If you look at the second pic the black design on the ring finger is thicker than the other ones. My daughter and I went to this salon for the first time at the beginning of November. She received a full set of acrylic and I received a full set of dip along with pedicures for both. The pedicures were amazing and this set of nails lasted a month. I was so happy. On November 26th we needed our nails done and we went back. There was only one other customer when we got there. The tech doing my daughters nails cut down her natural nails without even asking her if she wanted them cut. She then hurt my daughter twice, drawing blood both times, and didn't apologize. The gentleman doing my nails seemed competent while doing mine however it took almost 2 hours. Exactly a week after having our nails done our nails began to lift. One nail, my right hand ring finger, nail began to lift and I applied nail glue. The next day my index finger lost a chunk of nail, two days later the ring finger nail lifted agin and actually broke. My daughters nails are all lifting at the cuticle and he hair is getting caught. I wish things weren't like this as I liked the place. The pedicures were amazing but honestly I don't have $100 for two sets of nails each week instead of 3-4 weeks. read more

I went last month and the owner was very nice and caring. the place is clean and the music is always a vibe! i ended up coming back again, This time i got Terri and she did an amazing job! 11/10 if you can, get Terri, because she made my hands look beautiful! Called after a week and few days to let them know my nails are lifting, my daughter and I got our nails done the same day! My daughters nails are fine, I never had a problem with lifting when Helen or ivy did my nails ever!!! The girl told me no problem come in, however it changes when I get there when the owner walks away I'm sorry that happened, when he comes back oh it is almost two weeks that happens to mine, so tell me why it isn't happening with my daughters and why it never happened when I went to ivy and Helen!!!! scammers. they do not honor their words and they overcharg. everything is good if you like your nails if you don't that's where the problem comes in if you tech cant do artwork or simple summer nail colors than don't agree to the work. The Sup., rude and cocky called the police. They overcharged and I was so dissatisfied with my nails. I forgot to mention I spent so much money with them to be treated so terribly all because I didn't like the way they did my nails. I do not recommend this place, they don't treat customers well. I should have listened to the reviews. We walked in there the manager or owner was just rude had an attitude with ever answer. The lady that did my nails was nice but it was a horrible job I left with a cut on my fingers and the nail polish started to come off . I've had two very different experiences at this salon. If you're happy with your nails (which I was the first time), then everyone is very friendly. I loved that they had a friendly receptionist that took calls and walk-ins. She greeted, then seated each guest with a tech after explaining the services requested. That was a breath of fresh air! On the flip side, another visit caused me to rethink whether I'd ever go back. I had an issue with the way my nails were done and when I brought it to their attention (I think it may have been the owner - first chair on the right), he made many excuses and refused to have the issue fixed. He also still charged full price for the service. Even the receptionist that was super nice switched up on us. I don't think I'll be back. read more

I WAS a long time customer there and let me just give y'all the break down of how they treat their clients... 1. The owner of that place is RUDE RUDE RUDE. 2. I had been going there for over a year, a regular customer - Never once have I gone in there asking them to fix a mistake they made... Just recently they literally put the wrong color on my nails, but yet put the correct color on my toes (haha funny right?). When I went in to get it fixed after work when I had the time, I called in and the OWNER advised to me Vee wasn't there (my normal tech) - I said okay well thats fine someone else can fix a simple color change. I even explained the situation. He said okay thats fine come on it... HE DID NOT mention I had to pay AGAIN to fix a mistake they made... I had Tracy fix them and I even offered to pay AGAIN for the design that I already paid for before just because I felt like being nice... When I go to pay they charged me 30 dollars even though just FOUR days ago I paid them 100+ tip... WHAT A JOKE. 3. Also they hardly ever make appointments, the owner decides on a whim if he feels like booking them or not. Reason why? All the nail techs leave there because he over works them... I only know this since I have been going there so long... NOT ANYMORE - Not going to support a rude entitled money hungry person. SO many better places people! read more

Poor quality and customer service. Both my daughter and my dipped nails chipped within in days. Was told I could go back without a problem, they guarantee their work. Both my daughter and I go back on different days and my daughter was told by the owner we should find somewhere else to go because we want "high quality."
