For the past 5 years, i've been going to this nail salon. I typically get a french set for mani and pedi but I switched it up and went red for the holiday season. I did a gel manicure and pedicure this time around and the quality is outstanding. I love how my nails came out! The service here is amazing and I love the vibes. Definitely a great local gem. They were very rude not friendly and I thought it was gross when the other nail tech was at the front counter eating some kind of nut that had a shell in which he had to spit out every time he ate one. This place used to be my go to place. I moved jobs and started going elsewhere due to convenience. No other reason. I walked in yesterday, they couldn't take me right away but was able to in 30 mins. It had to of been atleast 3-4 years since I had been back. WOW! I won't go anywhere else again. They remembered my name and the service was TOP NOTCH! They finish and they tried charging me $40. So they try to make me pay for their horrible job. I refused to pay and made them take it off. I'm a student and worked at a place where I couldn't get my nails done I was so excited to get my nails done since I haven't in about 2 year it was my treat to myself I paid $75 for the nails $85 with tip, I am not going to lie the design technician did an amazing job exactly what I wanted but the technician who put the acrylics on me did a horrible job i haven't even had the nails on for 2 full weeks and they started to fall off still haven't even been 2 weeks and lost 6 nails plus my actual nails are very damaged now. Ok, the first time I went there a few months ago, a guy did a pedicure and it did look good, but the second time I went there technician was a woman who did a manicure it was extremely bad...I will not go there again, the quality of work was so bad that after 3 days my nail broke even though I don't do any hard work with my fingers, I needed them to fix my nails and when I went to the salon again, they hurt my fingers and it bleeds everywhere....so pay $45 with injured fingers around Christmas time and no one saying sorry....(at least refund in this cases)... When I talked to the manager to get a refund she said the technician said my nail was injured before coming like WTH!!!! they literally called me a liar and told me to go out instead of taking responsibility and apologize!!! Horrible management and workers!!! Please do high-quality work and use good material!!! And not injure people's fingers!!! And respect customers!!! First things first. I was driving around looking for to take off my dip and get a regular manicure. I saw this place and stopped. When I came in no one greet me. I walked half way and then someone asked me what I wanted. My manicure was a disaster as you can see. The lady painted my nails like a kindergartner. Did not clean or file my nails properly and on top of that they charge me $20 for a bad manicure and $10 to take off my dip. I will never return to this place. I've been one too many times to this place because my friend always wants to come here. There's some good technicians and then there's the REALLY bad ones. If you are someone who normally goes alone to the nail salon, then your experience will probably be completely different than mine. Just make sure you are paired with a good nail technician. I suggest you ask for either Tom or Lisa. Aside from being meticulous with their work, they also are sweet and look to give the best experience. Lastly, both of them have fixed other peoples messy work when needed with ought hesitation. I absolutely recommend either of them if you want to walk out of this place feeling great about your nails! On the other hand, if you normally go with friends to do your nails, don't expect to be seated together. More than once they have separated us even with appointments made days in advance. This wouldn't be a huge deal if they could stand behind their work. But not all the nail technicians are as meticulous or professional. I've come across some people with nasty moods and being a little too aggressive when it came to the hand handling and some sassy attitude as well. The place itself is nice, it has great lighting and the aesthetics of the place is great. The price is cheap compared to many other places and this is why my friend likes to come here. It's also not a crowded salon and with the whole COVID situation it makes a person feel somewhat more safe. I really hope someone from management sees this and make proper arrangements to fix the minor issues. It could potentially be a great place to get your nails done if technicians were to be more professional and concerned for costumer service. read more

I scheduled an appointment since I live down the road and came in at 5 PM. I was out of there by 6:35ish. 1.5 hours not bad. My pedicure was done nicely. Gel polish. Now my hands?! Lord. I picked my colors white and coral - dip powder - almond. My hands look like that of a child's, in my own opinion. Every nail is a different size - I paid extra for the shape and you can see for yourself this is not almond. He cut them a tad bit tooooo short to complete the almond shape. Therefore these are round. I'm sad that almost every nail appears to be a different shape. I've had this done plenty of times before.... Never looked like this. Not impressed. I visited this salon prior to the holidays to give them a try. The lady that answered was very nice and booked me right in the same day. The salon seems nice, clean and busy. There was not a strong odor like some salons which is a bonus. The tech was polite but not talkative, appeared to know what he was doing. I like the SNS or Dripping powder and that's the service I was provided. The shape was as requested. Over all the service was decent and that is because for me the attention to detail was not there. I left the shop with one nail that didn't meet my approval because it had a dip or bump in it. Because I have chosen a glittery power it wasn't noticeable right away to me but after the first hand washing I felt the bump. Feel like I just got robbed honestly. Came from out of town and wanted to get my nails and pedi done. They Charged $120 for the most basic... don't waste your money here. Could have been treated better as far as them not being gentle. My nail beds are hurt from how aggressive and quickly everything was done and also nobody explained that an extra line to each nail would result in $25 extra and called it a design.... Luckily I had the money but someone wanting to get their nails done expecting to pay $55 for pink and white $30 for gel pedi you'd think they at least tell you ok this will be extra so you have an option. WARNING!!!!!! I gone to this salon more then a few times. Most times I've been have been mediocre, not great but not terrible either (a bit pricey however but the salon is close to where I live). I usually make appointment with Amy when I go. However today I didn't make an appointment because I needed to get my acrylics removed. I figured it wasn't that special and most of the people working there would be able to do that. Now the older male nail tech that started working there had done my nails before. I remember him being a little rough last time (which was a few months ago) and cutting my skin. I should have asked from someone else looking back but I decided to stick it out. He started filed down my nails and put on the tin foil and acetone cotton ball. He let it soak for all of about two minutes before taking the left hand off. I was confused but didn't say anything then (I've taken off my own nails and had them professionally taken off before too). He then took a fake nail tip (that looked like it was trimmed from someone else's nails) and started to pick and PRY OFF the acrylic from MY NAIL. I looked at him then with concern and he was just like it's ok. I didn't say anything but I should have gotten up and just left because I knew this was far from right (my sister was getting her nails done so I didn't want to leave her). After picking at the nail from a bit he then put the foil back on my nail. Anyway he gets to my ring finger and really starts picking at the acrylic using the FAKE NAIL. Then he gets a cuticle cutter and starts picking at it. I was like ow, that hurts, and just then he PRYS OFF HALF OF MY NATURAL NAIL. It starts bleeding and was/is really really painful. He quick says sorry and covers my nail with his bare ungloved finger (which I'm is extremely clean to stick an unwashed hang into an open wound) to stop the bleeding. He asked if it hurt and I was like yeah you just pried off my nail. He says sorry again and starts working on the next nail. This guys starts to pick off the acrylic again and I told him to stop and use a file/drill like you are suppose to. He did like I asked and starts working on the next hand. He uses the file and then starts to pick (this time WITH HIS OWN NAIL) at my acrylic. After two nails, I said to him to stop picking and use the drill. He used metal drill bit on my natural nail (WHICH YOU SHOULD NEVER DO). One you get down close to the natural nail you use an emory board bit or just buff the remaining off. He did nether. It seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. I was extremely frustrated at this point and started crying. My broken, ruined nails hurt and I just wanted leave. He then asked me if my destroy nail hurt (as if that was the only reason I was crying). He tried to "fix" the nail and wiped it with an acetone soaked cotton ball (which burned like crazy). He said he could put an clear acrylic over top but I didn't want him to keep touching it (it was already ruined and I didn't want an infection, which still could very much happen). I told him I didn't want him to touch it anymore and asked him to just finish. As he was finishing two girls walked in wanting a full acrylic set. When he finished I walked over to the girl who was suppose to have her nails done by the same guy who RUINED mine. I warned her of my experience and suggested that she requested someone else. I hope she took my suggestion, for her nails sake. At the counter the only charged me for my sisters nails and comped mine. The guy asked me what I said to the other girl and I told him that I just showed her my nails. He didn't respond, I asked from receipt, and left. I cried when I got outside about the state on my nails. It's going to take six months for my nails to fully recover and be able to paint or even do again. I'm extremely upset because my nails have always been something I've prided myself on. Now they are ruined. I don't think I will ever go back unless I know that I will 100% have Amy but even then I'm not sure. I would rather go to another nail salon who's prices are better, is cleaner, and has all around better nail techs. Side Note: I have gone to Amy a few times at this salon. She is amazing! Super kind, very cleanly, great attention to detail, listens, eye for the design, etc. I love her and if I ever go back to his salon (only because it is convenient) I will only have my nails done by Amy. IF YOU MUST GO HERE, ONLY BOOK WITH AMY!!!!!!! NO ONE ELSE AND ESPECIALLY DONT GET YOUR NAILS DONE BY THE OLDER MALE NAIL TECH. HE DESTROYED MY NAILS TAKING OFF THE ACRYLIC!!!!!! read more

Came in with two other friends for pedicures and my other two friends got their pedicures done no problem but I was sitting there waiting and they completely ignored me and it wasn't until I put my shoes on and was walking out with the other two that I was with that they noticed I had been waiting for an hour. My daughter was asked if she wanted gel or powder and she asked what the difference was and the nail tech said they are pretty much the same but no mention of $15 price increase.
