I moved into the area so I wanted to look for a new place to do my nails. After looking at their reviews on Yelp decided to give it a try! They also have a 20% special going on since they're under new management! Right from the START I was welcomed in by the owner. They have an ipad where you can sign in if you're a current client and if you're a new client just register really quick! Literally took me like 3 seconds! Came in for a regular mani & pedi. Decided to try to treat my self since they're having a 20% off! Very sanitary! They have a bag to place in the footsie bath! The environment is so relaxing they even have Netflix and drinks for the clients Got a dipping powder for my nails for the first time ever! Ana was teaching me that it lasts longer than gel polish and will help to grow out my nails longer! Not bad for the first time getting powder, let's see how long they last. Supposed to be 3-4 weeks longer than gel! Wish she just cleared off the edges more and not leave the powder residue on my fingers, but other than that not a bad experience. I'll ask if the massage is included next time since I didn't get one. Not much to complain but if I'm paying extra would love the whole experience! And treated myself to a deluxe pedicure for $10 more. SO worth it, the massage was oooopphh Massage after massage LOVE THIS PLACE! Will come back to give it a try again for the manicure, but DEFINITELY coming back for the PEDICURE!! read more

Hit or miss. I have been here three times and have got a gel manicure and a pedicure each time. The first two times were very good. I walked in and didn't have to wait and was in and out in a decent amount of time. I was happy with my nails and felt like they did a very good job. Last night wasn't a great experience and I could tell they were short staffed. When I walked in the was just one other girl already being helped and two employees that were free. I started with a pedicure which was all fine, nothing amazing. She did a poor job with cleaning up where she over painted onto my toes but I didn't catch it until I went home. She directed me to a chair where I sat for almost 30 minutes waiting to get my manicure. Other customers came in since I got there and the girl that did my pedicure did not do manicures from what I was gathering since she went to do someone else's pedicure. By then every other employee was busy. Being that I was there first and then I sat waiting while people that walked in after me were being helped, was kind of irritating. The guy that did my manicure did a nice job but he was going back and forth from me to another customer for most of it. He asked the lady that did my pedicure to finish my manicure with my arm massage. She gave a nice arm massage but had me put my finished nails, covered in lotion, back into the UV light which I was mentally questioning. After washing my hands and paying, most of my nails looked dull and felt soft. So I showed the guy that helped me before, he quickly fixed them and said she shouldn't have put my hands in the light. So 2 1/2 hours later, I was done. Had this been my first experience, I probably wouldn't return. I will try again since they are so close to my house and they did really good the first two times. I'll request the guy that helped me. read more

I cannot say enough about this salon. To begin with everyone is warm, friendly and inviting. They all do an excellent job so you cannot go wrong with any nail tech that you choose. I travel 20 minutes each way just to come to this salon. The salon is very clean, they use liners for each pedicure which I appreciate!! The entire back wall is filled with any color that you wish. A huge selection of the latest OPI collections in regular, gel and powder formulas. I love this place and highly recommend it to anyone. Stop by give them a try I guarantee you won't be disappointed and you'll be back. I see some of the negative reviews on here are from the previous owners. Dont be deterred give them a shot! read more

I came here with my sister about a week and a half ago. I have never been here before, but she had, so I decided to give it a try. I was just going to go get a pedicure but since it was the holidays, I decided to get a gel manicure as well. I am usually very very rough on my hands and I initially did not want a manicure, because I knew it would not last but I was told that a gel manicure it supposed to last at least two weeks. My pedicure turned out very well, but my gel manicure chipped two days later. Which was very disappointing since it was my first one. However the customer service was very good. In fact it was excellent , which is why I did not rate this salon any lower than I did. I will try and give the gel manicure another chance in the near future to see if it lasts next time. ***Updated 12/5/17*** I decided to give this nail shop a second chance. Owner was very sweet and understanding. She gave me a discount because my polish came off before time. She did a wonderful job with my new holiday gel nails. They redeemed themselves in my book. I will be returning! read more

Just moved into the area and found this place close by my house. Staff is extremely friendly and gives you the treatment you deserve as a client. I was highly impressed with the work and not overpriced. They also carry dip powders with the same gel polish, so your toes match your hands, which is very rare in nail salons these days! read more

As far as nail salons go, this is your average, run of the mill strip mall kind...which is never nessecarily a bad thing. What was disappointing, was that the service matched the bland exterior and interior. I came in as an impromptu appointment with both my mom and sister and we were told we would need to wait a bit, as the two women (who seemed to be the only employees working the entire shop on a Saturday finished their current clients). None of this was bothersome to me. As someone with over 10 years retail and customer service experience, I have no problem understanding that sometimes customers need to wait a bit. What was disappointing was that when it was our turn, the water in our foot baths quickly turned cold, the tech who started my sisters pedicure actually cut her cuticles so bad that she decided not to finish and the same tech dropped, broke and spilled the nail polish my mother brought from home for her own services. The owner was nice enough to deduct the amount of a cost of OPI from our total but it left a poor taste in both my sister and mom's mouths. As for my service, the tech, who I later found out was the owner kept taking family calls, not only on the store line, but then on FaceTime with her husband and children, while working on my feet. Overall, the service was mediocre at best, and if you are looking for a quick, inexpensive nail job without engaging with any one in the shop, this is your place. Otherwise, there are plenty of other establishments who will at least make eye contact with you while they wield a nail file. read more

My friend and I had a wonderful time getting manicures and pedicures. Our technicians were so much fun to get to know and they did such beautiful work. Mine came out perfect for the holidays. I also just had a baby. So I went soft and round for my nails. Don't want to poke an eye out. I will definitely be coming back. read more

It was a long search but then I found the perfect nail salon in the UCF area. This one! First off, the customer service is exactly what you're looking for. It is such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Everyone is so nice and the owners Anna and Tony are amazing and always working as well! I'm very picky and any person there does my nails to perfection. No one takes shortcuts and just drills your nail away. Everyone takes their time. They offer all the top quality gels, dips, polishes, and more. I love that they offer you drinks including wine! The inside of the salon is perfect. It's clean, modern, and there are always some interesting things to watch on the TV's and music. The prices are exactly what they should be, the discounts offered make you keep coming back! What I like most about this place is that they don't treat you like just another person and they don't act like robots. Pictured below are my real nails! (Dip helped my nails to grow) I haven't been able to go in a while because of COVID, but I miss it there so much!! read more

I dont even know where to began. I dont even know how did i ended up here.l!!! I just needed an emergency manicure ( fill in and gel). She was rushing, rude , my nails look all kinds of shape, the color is uneven, i have gel on my skin. So tomorrow ill have to get them redone. Im never returning. I am so dissapointed. Their manager should examine their techs. If i could give them 0 starts i would. Update: ever since this horrible experience. I ask Rosa the eyebrow lady next door to perhaps recommend someone from this nail salon and i told her about my previous experience. She didn't hesitate and said, the salon owner. She wasn't wrong , this technician skills were above great. She listened and took her time. Her work proved it. Great Gel Pedicure and Manicure. She has redeem herself and i will definitely be back. read more

Amazing! Ok, it was my girlfriend's birthday and she begged me to get myself a pedicure for her birthday, what a girlfriend huh? Anyway, because I love her so much and against my manhood powers, I went for it!!!ill admit, I felt a bit funny walking in and sitting next to all these women getting their nails polished, feet polished and here comes this big 6'4" manly man about to get his feet done. But, as soon as I walked in, I was welcomed. I was given a glass of wine, I'm like wait a minute, am I being pranked??? I was given a menu and I'm like, this is so confusing. All I want is a pedicure! Well there is a regular one, an Asian, hot rock one.........didn't realize how tough women have it!!!! Anyway, I got the 45$ one! Wow! It was amazing, i got my feet cleaned, massaged, oiled, clipped, heels were shaved, (half my heels came off), I instantly went from a size 12-11, my shoes didn't fit me anymore ! Long story short, giving myself a pedicure for my girlfriend was the best b-day present I could ever give her... Lol! I think I know what I'm getting her for Christmas!!! I'm not that shallow, yes! I got her her own bday gifts!!! I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat. Anna was amazing, I can't wait to see her again soon, she did an amazing job and made me feel extra special as she worked on my feet!! Two thumbs up!! read more

I just spent 3 hours at this place and normally never review places but it was an experience that left me with more anxiety than anything. My sister and I booked an appointment at the same time and the place confirmed it. We get there and my sister was able to start after 30 min and I didn't get to see someone for an hour no where near each other. There is zero sanitary measures, the table wasn't cleaned or even wiped of the last girls powder and all the tools that were used had built up skin and residue on them. My sisters nails were terrible, shape was off and different on every nail and finger prints on all the nails from him checking. Mine were ok but I left bleeding from three of my nails. I wish I could have been refunded for this bc it was definitely not worth what we paid. read more

I was looking for a manicure/pedicure and was in the area. I had never been to the salon before but figured - why not? I am so glad that I came to this salon for a manicure and pedicure. First, you walk in the salon and it doesn't smell of nail polish, acetone or chemicals. It smells of great incense and candles. The staff leaves the door open for a wonderful breeze. You can actually breath in the salon and don't leave smelling like chemicals. I was impressed from the moment I walked in. Second, it was the most meticulous pedicure I've ever received in my life. My feet have never looked so wonderful or so well groomed. Their chairs were super comfortable and very clean. Third, I have had manicures my entire life but I've never been to a salon where the staff knew that I was a new customer simply from how my previous polish came off. I did not know but the owner of the salon was painting my nails and she instantly knew the work I had previously was not her doing. This impressed me greatly. You must really know your craft to notice such subtle differences. I would definitely recommend this salon. My nails look beautiful and I've received many, many compliments. Plus the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I will certainly be going back! read more

New ownership is deceitful and quality is very poor. Dirty and I did not see use of sterilization. I won't be doing business with this salon ever again. I've never written a bad review, but I am completely dissatisfied with the new owners. read more

I didn't see them open tools from a little sanitized pouch like other salons This salon could be great when they aren't in a rush. My nails are OK definitely not like the photo I saw here on Yelp. read more

So I wanted to be so optimistic about this place, but I have to admit I don't think I've ever been more disappointed in a nail salon. I chose this place because there were raving reviews and it's literally across the street from my house. To give some background, I usually do my own manicure and pedicure but I was going on vacation and wanted to treat myself. I went in on 11/28 to get a pedicure and gel acrylic manicure. I had an inspiration photo for my nails and due to the promising reviews I didn't think that I was asking for would be difficult at all. The interior is fine, nothing special, nothing bad, seemed pleasant enough. We started with the pedicure, I just got a simple one and I have to give credit to the gentleman who did my pedicure because he did an great massage, so I was pleased. Then, I transferred to a different gentleman for my manicure. I showed my manicurist the inspiration photo and he immediately looked puzzled, he took my phone and showed the others working. I asked what the problem was and he said that their design artist wasn't in today and it seemed a little too difficult to execute. I don't mean to seem harsh but the only design was just leaves. But after being a bit frustrated about it I decided to still go ahead and have them do the acrylics and gel polish, I'll just do the design myself at home, I thought. I will say the shape and colors he did were good, not completely what I wanted but I could work with it. I did end up executing my own designs and I was very pleased with my result. Unfortunately, it's all downhill from here. I went on vacation a couple days later and all was still well until 12/03 (about 5 days later) the first nail broke. I was very frustrated because it was my second night on vacation, and I had to deal with a broken nail the rest of the trip. But then, the next day the second nail broke, and this time it was simply from putting a shoe on. Later that night.. two more broken nails, I now had 4 nails broken within a week of my manicure. What shocked me though was the nails didn't break from the hiking or activities I was doing on vacation, they were from things like putting on shoes, combing my hair, or opening a drawer. By the end of my vacation on 12/09 I was left with only 4 nails in tact. This was only one and a half weeks from my original manicure. My pedicure was also completely obliterated but I'm not gonna blame that necessarily on the salon because I was at the beach and hiking and other activities that were rough on the feet. But I was definitely left with almost no polish on my toes. I just felt extremely frustrated. Again, I usually do my own nails but when I get them done at a salon I expect the quality to exceed my personal work, so for that to not be the case really annoyed me. When I pay almost $100 I expect the quality to be great, not one of the worst manicures I've ever received. Very disappointed. read more

This nail salon is great!! The customer service was amazing and my nails look fantastic. After being a long time customer to the previous owner Nancy I was heartbroken when I found out she was leaving the state and had sold her business. I have tried a couple other salons and found nothing impressive I got mediocre nails and paid what felt like an arm and a leg. When I walked into the salon I was greeted by smiling faces and a warm welcome. My nail tech Kim was great she really took her time on both my nails and my pedicure. I would definitely recommend this place! read more

Sadly, this place has no idea of what customer service is about! Their kids are playing their movies at high volume in the chair next to you, while Spectrum News 13 blasts in the background. Then the one working on you is on the phone yacking about who knows what? Front door is propped open and there are no fans, hot! Dog is in the back crying the whole time while the other lady is yelling for her to shut up. No sense of respect for time waiting with an appt and a 20 min pedicure with no massage! SO DISAPOINTING!!! read more

I have been here twice and my first experience was nice. Manicure and pedicure with nails all under $65 was a good deal. In spin of 4, show me sharp spin also my second visit was not so pleasant. Firstly the guy at the reception didn't speak or understand English well. He told me $27 for pedicure including nails and manicure for $15 plus $20 for dipping powder nails. While doing the pedicure he kept forcibly pushing my trousers up rather than asking me to do myself. I didn't like that. Hot towel was too hot and he just threw on my feet. He started doing a wrong nail color. And then on top of that he did not even do my manicure and I ended up paying $35 for just nails. So much confusion and this unpleasant experience is the reason I gave them 3 stars. I observed that the service has deteriorated. It also shows that 2 years ago when I went there, they offered a bottle of water and this time nothing. I don't think I would go there again. read more

Probably the most uncomfortable experience I have ever had in a nail salon. I am positive I will never return here. Everything was going well until the gentleman doing my pedicure asked what scent I would like for my deluxe pedicure. He rattled them off so fast I didn't hear them all so I just responded with surprise me with the scent. This is when this experience got interesting. He returned with berry, poured the mixture into the bowl and proceeded to ask me if I could smell the berry scent. I said no. He says it is a very strong scent how could you not? I said well there are multiple scents in here and I would prefer not to smell it if it is as strong as you say it is because it could give me a headache. He then blurts out very loudly you cannot smell this, you have lost your smell. I replied with I have nothing lost my smell I just cannot smell the berry scent over everything else. He then starts to laugh. I said this is not a laughing matter as many people have lost their lives due to COVID. So he then asked if I work at the hospital. I said yes, he then rolls backwards in his chair and yells " you're scaring me now" so I said again, covid is not a joke, this is making me and everyone around me uncomfortable. I would like to stop and just get my nails polished. He again goes back to saying this scent too strong and you should be able to smell it. I said sir, I work from home, I'm wearing a mask and you are within direct reach of the scent so you should smell it. He put one coat of paint on and I left. read more

This place is so-so. They are ALWAYS on their phones or Facetiming on their iPads. I don't mind if you need to take a quick call but listening to your children scream on full volume through your tablet is not my idea of relaxing. They have backwards ways of doing things... like having your whole pedi done except polish, then when you go to sit for your mani they paint your toes there at the table. Not a very personable experience. I would go right across the street by the Beef of Bradys to La Belle nails. They are better staffed and aren't gabbing away on their phones the entire time. read more
