Lovely atmosphere and amiable staff. But I simply did not get the haircut I requested. I went in with medium/long hair asking for a simple trim of an inch off the back and another inch off of the top. I wanted maintenance and the bangs out of my eyes. But, I left with a totally different drastically shorter hairstyle that I didn't request. I even specifically told the stylist not to cut the sides since the stiffness of my hair causes it to stick out unless it's long enough to comb back. As you can see from the pic - the sides were cut and now stick-out. The pic also shows that the back is also awkwardly squared-off. So, I'm forced to find another stylist to fix what was done (which will sadly cause me to have an even shorter cut). I estimate it will take 3-4 months to grow back the damage done. My guess is that if you have very short hair that needs periodic maintenance, or, if you want that luxurious barbershop shave and men's spa vibe. This might be a great spot for you. They also have an entire section for mani/pedis that look super comfortable for dudes. So there's that too. But, I can't say it's a place where you'll get the cut you ask for. read more

I couldn't wait to give her my card and text my Mr. to tell him I had a surprise for him! I signed him up for the Classic Club membership but already told them to upgrade him to the VIP once he is there for his first visit. I think unless you are there it's hard to understand this is a luxurious experience not just a service. This truly is a place you must see to fully appreciate. My Mr. is the first to tell me to get my hair and nails done, go get a massage, etc to feel my best. My stylist, Angel, was super nice, took time to understand my hair and what I usually get. The haircut comes with a wet towel massage, shampoo, and conditioning. I've only used their barber services so far but every single barber here is great and has their license hanging up near their station so you know they're legit. The vibe is very relaxing and they have different rooms for different services. I've gone with both Justin and Natalie based on availability and it could not have possibly gone better.
