Very professional and accommodating! My mom had a broken leg and she was able to receive a really nice pedicure and foot massage.

Amy is amazing. My mother in law is in home hospice and I called to get her a mani-pedi. I have used Amy 3 times and she does an exceptional job. She is very friendly and professional. My mother in law is always so happy when Amy visits! Try her, you won't be disappointed!! read more

I was in Denver visiting my step-father, who was dying. One of his last requests, and I'm not joking, was for a mani-pedi. He was not ambulatory, so I calles these people to have them come to him. It took days to get a call back, and when she finally did, she said she would try to find someone who could come out quickly (because he was literally standing at death's door) and would get back to me that day. She never bothered getting back at all. The next day, he went into hospice, and 4 days later... Let's just say he doesn't have the opportunity for a mani-pedi now. So, given that she knew the situation, she could have just bothered to call back. But she didn't. So, there you go, I wouldn't recommend them - not based on their services, maybe those are good, but rather, I wouldn't recommend them based on their lack of ethic. read more

Our Girl Scout troop booked Amy for a cookie reward. She was so personable and kind. The 7 girls all had THE BEST time. A mani, pedi, and facial for each girl. It was one of the most memorable experiences our troop has had yet! Would recommend for a spa party!! read more

Terrible customer service. Irresponsive? Or is discriminating customers a way to run your business? I couldn't find words to describe how disappointing it is to experience being pre-judged as a prospective customer. read more

I'm highly disappointed in the lack of response and follow up. This is the second time I've tried to book an appointment and have not received additional communication. I spoke with A. on Friday, she said I would receive a text from her with availability. As of Monday I still hadn't received anything - I called left a message and sent an email through their site Monday morning. Unfortunately I have yet to receive a call for the surprise birthday mani/pedi I was coordinating. read more

Amy made a special trip to the hospital, at the end of her workday, so my mom could have a many/pedi the night before a major surgery. It was short notice, but she made time knowing how important it was for me to give a gift to my mom before beginning a long road to recovery in front of her. We appreciated Amy's company, kindness, and services. read more

Amy did my hair and makeup for my son's wedding and she did a phenomenal job on both! I had a lot of skin issues due to an allergic reaction to some concealer I had used previously, so she took great care to ensure my skin looked great! I loved how she explained every product she used, down to brand and color name. I felt like a queen and had compliments all night! My hair looked amazing! To top it off, Amy is a warm and friendly person, just a joy to spend time with! Thanks again Any, and call me if you ever come out to California! read more

I am giving three stars as I do not feel my experience was great. I called Amy to have SpaDivas come out and do my daughters 7th birthday party. She was busy at the time of my call but went over the details and said she would keep my preferred date open and give me a call back later. I went ahead and sent out the invites at that time. I had not heard from her and so a week or so I called back and she said she was busy again but had not booked anything on that date so that she could do my party. Again, she said she would give me a call at a better time. Another week or so went by and I still had not heard from her. I was getting worried as I had RSVP's and was expecting girls to attend the party. I called her a third time and asked if she even wanted the business and was still planning on the party. She said she was right in the middle of a wedding but was planning on doing the party and we talked about putting a deposit down to hold the time. The day before the party I decided to call again just to be certain she was still coming; she had not run my $100 deposit and I hadn't received a confirmation call. When we spoke, she said she emailed me a form to sign (to which I never received.) I asked when she would show up the next day and made sure she had my address; a step I feel she should have taken to ensure she knew where she was going. She indicated that she shows up 15 minutes early to set up. So the day of the party came and I was getting nervous as it was 15 minutes until the party started and she had not arrived and had not called me. About 5 minutes before the party was to start and I already had a couple girls here, I decided to call her. Again, a step she should have taken to let me know she was on her way and was running late. Anyway, she said she was almost here. She then arrived, thank God, and came in and set up. She was clearly irritated that the lighting wasn't the best in my apartment. At one point she even said, "can you move out of the way, you are blocking the light." Not in the nicest way, either. She also let me know that two people were supposed to have come but the other lady called in sick that morning. She said if I had anymore girls at the party she would have cancelled on me. Gee, thanks! That didn't sit well with me as my daughter's special day could have been completely ruined. She made it sound as if I was lucky that she didn't do that. In the end, the girls were happy and enjoyed the party, which is obviously the most important part, and the reason she got three stars. They got their nails done, a mask with cucumbers, and made their own lips gloss. I love the concept and love that they giggled and enjoyed the experience. I also appreciated the fact that she let me only have five girls at the party; the minimum is supposed to be six. Next time, however, I will use a different company that is more organized, considerate, and friendly. read more

Amy is fantastic. I booked her from LA to give my senior mom a manicure & pedicure for her 88th birthday at home, as she is blind and home-bound. I also set up a regular visit for Mom every 4-5 weeks because she cannot see or bend over very well to trim her own nails. She arranged the time with my brother (who lives in Colorado) and she showed up right on time. She even texted me a photo of Mom all cozy on the sofa mid-pedicure, which just made my whole day. My mother was delighted with the care and how gentle Amy was with her severely arthritic hands and feet. (Mom is also wicked ticklish, and Amy was great about that too.) I recommend Spa Divas highly and I'm looking forward to meeting her the next time I'm out to visit Mom. read more

I have been treating my father-in-law to pedicures this last year while he's been in chemo and recovery from leukemia. With Covid we decided to try this out so we aren't as exposed to so may people at a salon, and it was fantastic! It's pretty cool to be able to just stay home. Thanks Spa Divas! read more

I would recommend this company to anyone! I'm recovering from spine surgery and my sister is recovering from pneumonia. We are unable to physically go to a salon. Amy helped coordinate a wonderful tech named Sadaco who came to the house. She was professional, super friendly and a joy! She did a fabulous job!!! She gave my sister a Pedi and removed old nails and put on new gel nails for me. Recovering from a spine surgery, I have severe tingling/numbing in my fingers right now as I heal. She was so gentle and made the experience so comfortable. Fantastic experience!! read more

I had some family come in from out of town to enjoy the holidays, after a day of skiing/boarding we were beat! We called Spa Divas and they came over with their massage tables and gave us massages, manicures and pedicures. I wasn't sure they could get us all done, but they did! My family was happy and so was I. They had 3 technicians come and they all gave great massages. I would reccomend Spa Divas to anyone looking for mobile spa services. ***** Brian read more

They arrived on time set up very quickly and were so much fun with the girls. They were so accommodating and very pleasurable to have in the house! Amy is amazing! She has done my hair and makeup twice and I will hire her again every time I need hair and makeup done. Both times I wasn't completely sure what I wanted and she'd google pictures and ask me for feedback, and give her suggestions, and make sure I'm 100% happy with the results. I was! She goes above and beyond. For my wedding she helped me into my dress and drove me to the photo shoot locations. It was hard to find but she was so patient. Of course I paid her extra for that, but she will help with what is needed to make your day special. I look back at pictures from when she worked on me and I'm feel great with how I looked thanks to Amy! read more

Spa divas mobile spa was a fantastic experience. If I could give 10 stars I would! Amy fit me into her schedule on a pretty short notice. I was in the hospital after being hit by a car with multiple broken bones in my pelvis, spine, and ribs and I also suffered a punctured lung. I had underwent a chest tube procedure and rib plating surgery. So even though this would not be an emergency on her end it sure felt like an emergency on mine. She removed my acrylic nails, did a gel nail manicure on my real nails so they were stronger, styled my hair after cutting it cleaning up all the dead ends, and also did a pedicure. She traveled to Denver health where I am a patient after my horrible accident. She was very kind and has worked with patients before so was very comfortable in a hospital setting. I would highly recommend spa divas to anyone who needs someone to come to them. From now on she is going to be my stylist. I know they offer other services and if the services that I received are any indication of the other services they offer, you will be in for a treat. Plus, I just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful conversation, the compassionate treatment, and just providing an all-around excellent experience! I would recommend them to anyone. And it is right in line with what I expected to pay, if not even a bit cheaper than what I expected to pay. So I received excellent service at a reasonable rate with excellent results. I can't say enough good things about the treatment I received. Thank you!!! read more

Amy was supposed to do my hair for my wedding. So let's start from the beginning. I signed a contract long before I had my hair trial, I went in for my hair trial and told her not to put a ton of make up well when she was done I didn't even look like myself. Every time I told Amy what I didn't like she insisted on the way she did it she was completely disregarding what I was telling her I wanted. She was set in her own way and did not seem to care what I wanted. 2 weeks before my wedding I really found out how disorganized Amy is. I got several emails from Amy asking for a contract which I had given to her months ago, then she couldn't remember what my bridesmaid were having done every time I talked to her she didn't have it right, then she couldn't remember what the start time was supposed to be. Maybe it's just me but I feel like all my information should have been together and she should know what's going. After all this I decided to cancel her services I was nervous with how unorganized she was and since she was so set in her ways for my make up I decided it wasn't a good idea. Unfortunately by canceling I was out 175 dollars from her and had to pay a new hair person but it was worth it to have what I wanted done on MY wedding. She was nice and I did like my hair but it wasnt worth the stress she was causing me. read more

I was looking to book a birthday party for my daughter and I called twice to book an appointment. Both times I was told she was busy and would call me back. I hired Spa Divas Mobile Spa and Salon for my 8-year old's birthday party. It was not a good value. The package was to include three spa services plus a craft. Because time wasn't managed well enough, one of the services had to be deleted. I thought the owner would simply adjust the price - I would have been happy enough with that as I understood how the time slipped away for her two young technicians. However, the owner was not at all interested in that, and instead she reminded me I signed a contract for the amount in full. It was surprising and disappointing to me that she was more interested in collecting the full amount rather than doing what was fair in our situation. I hate making purchases where you cannot trust. Buyer beware. read more
