Made an apt and was running late. I called to let them know and they were very responsive and nice! When my husband and i got in we signed a waiver, washed our hands and waited know for a minute. I exchanged email messages with the owner to ask if they had a specific acrylic fill before driving 30 minutes to the salon. When he told me "yes" - I drove 30 minutes there to make my appointment. When I got there they said they had no such color available. I will not be visiting the spot again. read more

If you're coming in for a full set, you should specifically ask for Lily. She is really skilled and attentive to helping you get what you're looking for. However, I came in and showed the other male tech a design and he got the colors completely wrong, I asked for blue and he gave me pink, but I commend him for being able to fix it with another suitable color for the ombré. During the process, his acrylic application was really poor. He used too much liquid vs powder, causing the acrylic to run down my finger, and the result was lumpy. To fix this, most of the work was done in the filing down process to smooth out his flaws on the acrylics. Because of this, he used the e-filer on my cuticles and my nail bed very rigorously. The day after, my cuticles started bleeding and ripping. I messaged Lily for it to be removed and refunded, and she apologized and was really nice about it. After removing my set, it was clear there was bruising on my nail bed. Overall, I wouldn't come back. My cuticles will take a while to heal from the damage. If I do, it will be for Lily. read more

Rough on the cuticles and for some reason both acrylics on my ring fingers are crooked and sitting on the nail bed at a 45 degree incline. They must have been in a rush bc it was before NYE, it was a touch sloppy and tbh painful on the cuticles. I had cuts on my nail beds that stung for a while. I would say be diligent about the angle and shape of each nail and keep an eye as she's working, since I was pretty zoned out I wasn't looking too closely read more

Some quick tips: they have a parking lot( I parked pretty far across the street because I didn't know , $1 charge for paying by card, gel fill is $35. I found this place on a whim because I had a broken acrylic and it was one of the few places open on Sunday . I made an appointment for 4:15 but because they were so busy I was seen closer to 5. It says they close at five but many they are staying open longer for the holidays. The color selection is pretty good. My nails were shaped nicely and they paid a ton of attention to detail. I will def be back to get an acrylic design and a pedicure, most likely on a less busy day! read more

I wanted to dry a different nail salon because the one I go to is always busy. Even though I usually make an appointment but they're hard to come by with the person I want. They are really nice. But I don't know what it is. The gel polish I had to come back the same day to fix it it chipped after an hour. I don't do hard labor or anything I work in an office. And the second time around I decided to do dip and they couldn't offer me the same color dip with gel I had to find the best match (I do gel pedis) the dip literally looked like it was peeling when I was on my way to work from the salon. And they offered to fix it. I went back the fixed it and the same day my nail polish shattered. And they chipped within two days. Do not recommend. Came for a pedicure and the technician cut my toe and it bled when removing cuticles. I was not comfortable and very uneasy after that. Another technician took over and she rushed finishing my nails leaving a messy and uneven coating of nail polish. Boo! read more

I made an appointment for 11:30am at this nail salon. When I arrived, it looked pretty busy which is what I could expect on a Sunday. The receptionist greeted me and although there was no open chair ready for me yet, they gave me an estimate on how long to wait which is totally fine. When I finally got to sit down with Lily, I showed her some photos from my phone of the shape I wanted. I had gone to another place that didn't give me the coffin shape that I wanted. She understood exactly what I wanted. While my nails, she asked if they were the shape I wanted, and when she was done with them, for me to look over them again and ask for any touch up in filing if needed which I super appreciate! She wanted to work on this with me which I am so happy with!! Her attention to detail is really good and I'm so glad I decided to see her to do my nails. I will definitely be scheduling to see her again in two weeks. Overall, the price is pretty fair too, though I paid in cash so I wouldn't have an extra fee. read more

I've been coming here for a long time now but wanted to make a Covid review. Lily and her crew have gone above and beyond with doing the right thing in regard to keeping their clients safe. There is plexiglass between clients and technicians on the pedicure chairs. As well as plexiglass on all nail tables between client and technician. They spray and wipe down all chairs before and after a service as well as constantly sanitizing their hands. I have been there a couple times since they reopened during this Covid disaster and have recommended it to many people. I know from friends that other nail places are not being as careful as they are here. I always have, and still recommend for anyone to come here. I came here because my regular nail shop is closed on Tuesday's. I was a little fearful because I'm very picky with my nails. I went in for a hard gel fill, pedi, and eye brow wax. I can here many times under the old management and not much has changed since the new owner has come along aside from prices. Still reasonable, but more expensive than before. Fantastic color selection but am dissatisfied with the wait time. I am always sure to make an appointment but wasn't seen until 40 mins after my appointment time.
