Tbh I hate leaving bad reviews but I genuinely feel like I got ripped off. I got the most basic, shortest acrylic set with a regular gel pedicure and I paid $125 (tipped 10 bucks). Lily is skilled at doing nails but she should not have charged me anywhere over $100 for what I got. Most salons usually charge this much for medium-long length WITH designs. First timers, made an appointment the morning of for pedi's for me and my little one. The best $60 pedi I've ever spent. I got the deluxe pedi, which included a sugar scrub massage, moisturizing massage, hot stone massage, and paraffin wax. Oh my god. If you don't want to succumb to one of those ten minute massages, GET. THIS. ONE. I'm pretty sure they spent a good 30- min total JUST on massaging. I don't always have time to myself and I was so happy that this place panned out. It's not easy finding a good salon that touches base with all the little tidbits you look for. Glad I found this one! This was my spot. I used to drive all the way from the city just to see them, but not anymore. I was there literally yesterday for a gel mani/pedi. I didn't mind waiting while they got ready for me- as I said this was my spot, so I thought I'd be worth it. The girl who was going to do my nails asked me to show her a picture of what I wanted so I did. After a while I thought she was going to start working on me because as I sat for my pedi, she quickly took off my acrylics a little while after I sat down (she got pieces of acrylic all over me, btw) but once she did she told me to wait. She basically skipped me to help another girl who came after me??? I was never told someone else would be coming back for me so I assumed she legit forgot. The lady doing my pedi, who was almost done at this point, told me someone else would be taking care of my hands. The guy who stepped in to fill in for the first girl asked me what I wanted. At that point I didn't want the design anymore so I went with something simple. He quickly worked on me. Oh, and Btw we're out of every nail polish you want lol. It's now literally been a day and the polish has COMPLETELY LIFTED OFF MY NAILS (2) in their rush to get me out the door I guess we didn't cure the polish well enough. I inadvertently came here when I was picking up sushi next door. They were 39 minutes from closing time and got me out in about 30 minutes. Super happy because I haven't had a mani/pedi in over 4 months, had a cracked nail and just basically wanted to have someone clean my cuticles. My pedi was fine. I paid $5 extra for a toe nail repair. There's different types of pedis available - I got the basic $25 one. My mani consisted of cutting my cuticles. No polish or anything. Lady was nice but managed to nick me 2x on my thumb and forefinger. That hasn't happened in a long while. Despite the lack of polish and only cuticle cleanup, the mani came out to be $23. Total for everything was $54 before tip. Kinda pricy but felt a lot cleaner once everything was said and done. read more

My first time trying out this salon and it was a pretty relaxing experience! I booked my appointment thru Yelp for the first time and got a reply right away. I liked that a lot because calling on the phone trying to schedule an appointment can be very hectic and distracting for the technicians while they're working. I arrived for my gel mani and pedi about 10 mins early. They greeted me right away and I only waited about 20 mins. They don't seem to be overbooked and the girls don't rush their work. I actually got a decent massage for my pedi. Most places will rush the massage part and give you like 30 secs at best. The ladies here are super nice, and they don't chitchat too much which made it a very relaxing experience. Polish choices are okay, they have all the DND colors but not too much OPI. I def recommend checking this place out if you want to treat yourself to a nice pampering. This place def exceeded my expectations! read more

I tried to put my full experience with them on here but it won't allow me to post it. Long story short, the male employee is rude and really rough. Their tools are dirty and not properly sanitized. He was so rough with me he cut my toe which quickly became infected. Lost my right toe nails 2 weeks later and my nail bed looked melted off. After another 2 weeks I lost my left big toe nail and the nail bed looks melted off as well. Idk what I did to deserve this but I've never ever experienced anything like this before. For $80 a bit more effort would have been appreciated:/ Acrylic is very thin after three days a nail has cracked at point of attachment of the tip, and the paint job was not so great. Given the pictures on their page of the sets that have been done by Lily (whom did my nails) are soooo good and of quality I don't know what happened and why my set came out the way it did. Instead of telling them to come back later, she just said to sit down and pick a color. She stared to rush like crazy to get my mani pedi done, zero massage, looked a little janky at the end. I did my nails yesterday the girl who did it for me was doing a good effort and she made exactly the design i asked for, but after filing the nails from the first steps she didn't asked me to wash my hands so we can put the gel polish on a clean nails instead she just brushed my nails but the dust still under the color, also there was a lot of manicure around my nails she wasn't going to remove it till i asked her to do so! Uneven nail. I was not asked what shape I wanted. Rest of the nails are decent but my thumbnails are both bumpy. She was rushing and gave me a massage before I even dried my nails. She had my left hand in the us light longer than my right even tho I tried to take it out. She just left once she was done to tend to a walk in.The skinny lady. The lady that did my pedicure was amazing and for her I would've given a 5 star but because of the lady that did my manicure it's a 3. Worst nail salon ever. I came in to do a gel manicure and pedicure. I paid $80 dollars and tipped them $20. 2/3 days after i left my manicure peeled off completely. After that i Check my pedicure and there's clear coat all over my cuticles ( very painful when it grows out or taking it off) and my pinky toe has only one dot of nail polish. I called them and asked for a refund on the manicure( even asked if I could send her pictures) and she told me to come back and get it redone. Clearly I didn't because I didn't want to get another bad job again and with a baby at home getting my nails done is a treat. Good luck with the male manicurist! He is horrible! Got a gel manicure and he was rough on my nails that one was bleeding . He just wipes it with his finger and doesn't wash his hands . I should of left but ! Also make sure you look at the price first because he says $40 and because I added a Cat eye type of color it was an additional $5. Not a typical fast paced mall nail salon with many employees, esp if you want acrylics. So keep that in mind if you're like in a rush. I believe only one tech does acrylics/ designs. Found this salon and was excited to find somewhere that had Gel X as an option so close to home .. i got an appointment within the hour for a Gel X mani & gel pedi. The pedicure in the end had a messy application although he did get my cuticles well. For the Mani she cut my natural nails all the way down to the skin and started applying the tips with no cuticle prep. When I had asked if cuticle prep was going to be done she said no which i thought was odd. The application itself was insanely thick and had massive amounts of bubbles and missed spots. There was soft gel in my nail beds as well as under my nails and stuck to my skin. I left with crooked nails on my right hand. I asked for a colorful French tip and none of the painted on tips were the same size. I wish I had a picture to attach but I had went to a salon right after to remove and replace. read more
