Venue: Clean, lots of chairs and color options Price: Comparable to others Parking: it's a hit or miss because it's in a shopping plaza that's very busy. Be patient, you'll find one Staff: Welcoming and friendly. Kim is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and very patient. I recommend this place for your nail needs. I believe they also do waxing. To be quite honest, I don't really have another place that I got recommended better so I always continued going there because they were fast quick and easy and to be fair. I always got solid colored nails nothing special. Today I went to get a simple French on the toes and nails, and they don't even know how to do a straight French clean. I got a simple fill and they charged me $70?! For changing the shape?! I went from square to almond which cuts off my nail and I got charged extra. On top of that they don't let you know and you get to find out at the end! This place is so careless, just cares about their money and rushing EVEN through their regulars who keep their damn salon open. Fair to say I'm done with this place for GOOD.

Kind, precise, and very thorough, I'm so happy with my nails :) They made sure to get every corner and all the sides. They even gave me an extra treatment for my nails to take home. Totally appreciated! Usually I don't find myself very talkative, but the staff are very kind, and I found myself talking anyways! The salon is very clean and the overall vibe is quite nice. I'm not someone who gets my nails done often, but I'll definitely be making this my go-to spot for when I do!

Early june 12th I reached out to Tracy hoping she can fit me in on super short notice and seeing her schedule was booked I wasnt expecting much but maybe a reply. Not only did she respond with the swiftness she also mentioned my sister inlaw. She then asked me what I needed and wanted and what time would work for me. I honestly thought she was going to give me a day and time but instead she told me her son Justin was going to take care of me and to just let her know what time I can be in so that she can let him know. I was giving a time of 12 pm. Once I arrived I was greeted with the usually hi hello welcome in. I mentioned I had contacted earlier and that my sister inlaw sent me. Then I was quickly sat down given a pedicure menu so I can select a service while I waited for her son. I was intending on a pedicure but I couldnt resist and it was busy. Not too long after getting started Justin arrived and he got to work. He chose the color according to my preference and what he deemed a good match for my skin tone which was perfect. He was kind and very communicative the entire time. Then the small talk turned into friendly conversation as if ive bren a long time client. The end result was beautiful. Its been a week and my nails are still perfect! I could not thank Tracy and Justin enough for making an already unforgettable trip back home even more memorable! She didn't even tell me the price Cleanliness is a big issue: dust everywhere and the same brush used on the table and then on customers' hands. They are the owners yet still expect tips, even though their services are already overpriced. Very uncomfortable experience.
