The massage portion was minimal and felt incomplete, and lotion was applied while my feet were still wet. When I got home and looked more closely, I noticed the polish didn't fully cover my nails, several toenails were uneven, and the overall finish looked sloppy. My daughter and I were in and out in under 30 minutes, yet we were charged $100 for the service. I didn't say anything at the time because I didn't want to make a scene, but after having to spend time at home fixing my own nails, I was very disappointed. This did not meet professional pedicure standards AT ALL!! If you're looking for a quality, detailed pedicure, this is not the place.

During my appointment, the technician worked very deep into the corners of my toenails. While she was able to remove an ingrown nail on my left foot, the pressure and digging were quite painful. On my right big toe, there was a moment where she was working on the side and had to stop suddenly. By the weekend, my right toe was severely inflamed, and I ended up at urgent care. I am now on a course of antibiotics for an infection, sadly needing to taking them during my vacation. I truly appreciate how kind the team is, but I would urge the salon to be more cautious with how aggressively they handle ingrown edges to prevent these kinds of medical issues for future clients.
