First time flying on Southwest for a work trip. MSP to DEN to OKC. We had a ground stop in Minneapolis because of winds in Denver. The crew was great at keeping people hydrated, fed with snacks and entertained. Like that they have assigned seats now and that was exactly why I never tried them before that. I would fly them again and would spend the money for the slightly better seats.

Why do people have to poo-poo all over Southwest Airlines! I think they're awesome, their service is awesome, and their prices are awesome for the most part. There are some remodeled sections that are nice and vibrant and bright and it's a comfortable place to sit at your gate before a flight. The Denver hub is nice in the fact that all of the gates are in the same terminal. Some are at the opposite ends, so it can be a haul if you're connection so give yourself time or be ready to run. And Concourse C food options aren't the greatest either. The Denver Airport could be better as that train adds so much time to getting to your gate from Security, but that's not SW's fault.

Luckily, when flying Southwest from a different airport, I never have to worry about getting on the train to my next gate. I do always have a very long walk to my next gate I concourse C. My only issue is it always takes forever for boarding to start whether it be the gate agents having long. Conversations with on another, or having to wait on the flight crew to arrive. I've never once flew out on time in Denver.

Connecting flight to Ontario! Cushioned comfortable armchairs at the boarding waiting area ! Counter bar with charging ports on top !!! Another 737-Max8 aircraft this flight back to California!!

Headed home from Denver. SWA First Class section.

They are still using the old-style boarding method, and I love it. When you're an A+ plus, plus, premium boy, you like this just the way it is. We took off on time which was super early this morning The agent that checked us in the flight attendants, pilot well everybody was happy having a good time and took great care of us. Most importantly they delivered us safely. I guess the only other thing to add is the price was right. If those things go well on an airline you get five stars.

Came here few times so far and usually frontier is known for delayed flights but my flight to Austin was 20 mins earlier than the scheduled time!! Maybe customers were on top plus their service was quicker?! But it was good for me! :) Keep up the good and fast service! Cheers

The Customer Service is absolute garbage. My mother needed a wheelchair and I was going over seats with the operator. When I asked to speak to a Supervisor she just kept repeating herself to me and I politely said " I heard you already and I've already asked to speak to a supervisor on this recorded line" she barked back and said " you are disrespecting me so I'm disconnecting this call now" and she hung up on me after I had waited 55 minutes to get someone on the line. Do better Southwest! Hire competent people who actually give good Customer service instead you have bullies working for you! Wasting my time and energy I got a headache and calling back to complain about the rude over the top, lying operator! Thanks for the migraine!

Still a happy customer and Rapid Rewards member. Despite the changes (slowly phasing in), flying Southwest is still my first choice (Rewards benefits alongside the Rapid Rewards Card still prove to be favorable). One recommendation I cannot stress enough is to download and use the Southwest app. It is very helpful, especially when schedules, along with any associated boarding times and gate changes occur. Don't miss out on these important updates because sometimes it is hard to hear these announcements at the airport (if they do announce). The Southwest app keeps everything organized and up to date (IRT). The pilots and flight attendants on our DEN to LAS trip were fun and funny and the gate agents positive attitude and humor made the boarding process efficient and stress free (this was the flight that experienced the schedule changes galore!) Job well done to the Southwest crew at DIA.

It's a rather plain room, chairs, coffee/tea, and tables. Feels a bit like a break room for staff. The plane was clean, albeit a bit old. Flight crew was great, checking in often, without being a pest. WiFi worked solid the entire flight. The in flight service is an ecological nightmare. Everything has single use plastic. For a yogurt, I got a plastic spoon, knife, and fork. This on top of the plastic cup and two levels of plastic lids. A bottle of water was a tiny plastic bottle, and it soon felt bad to get anything more. My kid needs me to leave a planet to enjoy, not save. The Colorado ground crew was good. One guy was outstanding. I believe his name was Connor. He went out of his way to acknowledge people and help them. I watched how he did this with his colleagues too. If I were hiring, he's the type of employee I would try to steal. When I arrived into Boulder, the ground crew was less than pleasant, minus the previous mention. But when I flew out the entire ground crew was friendly and nice. The lounge isn't. It's just the lobby for everything, not just JAX. The coffee/tea machines were not on and are little more than the smallest Kureg one can buy. Back on the plane, service was top notch. We did leave two hours late. The plane was too heavy, given the luggage situation. (Some folks had a lot, and it looked heavy.). They got everyone's body weight and calculated if we were still too heavy. If we were, they would have to stay on the ground and burn off fuel. Great, more waste. Thankfully, some skinny people saved us and we left, arriving home two+ hours late. So it goes, it was still better than dealing with the crowded airport. The people make this business, so I hope they are taken care of well.

Had gotten there extra early, even though the TSA website indicated short wait times at DIA. Boarding was easy. Sank into my seat and ordered tonic water to stave off leg cramps. The ONLY annoying aspect of this trip was the constant interruption of announcements, perhaps ten before takeoff. Flight attendant was masked. I read lips. I didn't note my lack of perfect hearing on my account, because I don't like people shouting at me. The mask made things slightly more difficult, but we communicated by her pointing at things and me speaking. It was fine. Lunch--cold salmon salad--was delicious. The wine was a generous pour, and I was able to sleep. Which was the desired outcome. I was exhausted. Entertainment selection, again, was okay. I didn't find any movies that I wanted to see, so watched SVU instead. The flight took off on time, and landed on time, too. All in all, a very enjoyable experience for a once-devoted Southwest flier. This beat "Choice Extra" hands down, and cost very little more for many more perks. It seems like a no-brainer.

I arrived at Heathrow hours early as I shared a cab with a coworker and his flight was much earlier. I could not check in on the app or on the website in the day prior, so I stood in line for close to an hour at the American window where they told me I was actually flying BA (my travel record showed American) and I needed to go to another terminal. I got to that terminal and tried to get in line to check in but BA employee said I needed to use the kiosk. I explained I was unable to check in on apps or online and needed an agent. They insisted I try the kiosk first. Unsurprisingly.. it didn't work. I was allowed to get in the check in line with an agent where I stood for the next almost 2 hours. Yes, 2 hours standing on a concrete floor. My back was screaming (old people problems, I know). I finally got up to an agent who said I wasn't able to check in because I needed to show my visa. I pulled up my British electronic visa and she said "no love, your American visa".. while holding my American passport in her hand. I explained I don't need a visa because I am an American returning to my home country. She looked confused but decided she needed to call someone to help. I stood while she was on hold and transferred around to different places who eventually told her it was an issue in the system today and they would remove the error. She then told me I had no seat on the flight because it was oversold and they couldn't guarantee I would get on, so they may have to book my on the next flight which was the next day or would need to look at another airline for me. She gave me a boarding pass that was or standby and said to hurry to the gate to try and get a seat. I got in the security line and about 15 minutes later, I was up.. I scanned my boarding pass and it errored out, not letting me through. An employee told me I had to get in a different line to see what was wrong with my boarding pass. I stood in anther line for a good 40 minutes. Once I got help, they told me I couldn't get through because I don't have a seat and would have to fly standby. I explained, yes.. that's why I have a standby boarding pass. It says standby on it. She said it wasn't standby in the system and it needed to be fixed, so she had to call someone to assist. Another 15 minutes later and they couldn't get it to work and I was going to miss the flight, she said she would take me through a different security line so I could get to the gate. She did that and I had to take a train to get to the gate, which wasn't working for about 5 minutes because it was having a "security sweep" with officers and dogs going through it. I finally got on the train, got off at the right place, ran all the way to the gate as they were boarding. Asked if they had a seat for me, and they huffily said they did but I almost didn't because I waited so long to get to the gate. Are you kidding me? I got on the plane and will be happy to never fly British Airlines again. I guess all the great luck I've had traveling was made up for on this trip. Just terrible.
