He was incredibly kind and provided standout service. Upon his recommendation, we ordered the duck fat hashbrown. It was a rich and decadent dish with crispy potatoes, eggs, bacon and covered in sauce! I was able to get my eggs scrambled although they usually come sunny side up. It was incredible delicious! For an entrée that's already on the pricier side ($$$$), that little touch would go a long way.
