The wind turbine blew off our roof late one afternoon. It was almost 5 pm and I wasn't sure if we would be able to get anyone out to do the repair. I contacted Sam and he came out that evening to put a temporary patch on the roof. He then returned over the weekend with a new turbine and did the full repair.
