ALL 3 of the employees on the premises avoided me. No one even bothered to look at me. I tried to approach nicely saying excuse me, and all of them don't talk back. They just gesture their hands at me to go away. Like I am seriously shocked... Horrible service. To note, I did go to the office first because I read the sign. But no one was there and I waited with no one coming in to help me. So that is when I tried to ask the employees. I've never been here before so I wasn't sure if someone knew I was waiting since I had no appointment, per the phone call. Well, now I know to never come here.

Having it repaired correctly and safely meant everything to us. What was supposed to be a repair lasting just a few hours turned into a three-day job because new issues kept coming up. Throughout the entire process, Kaleo remained patient, honest, and committed to doing the job right. I stayed during the repair because I wanted to understand what was being done and he welcomed my questions. He took the time to explain each step and was completely transparent about the work and the challenges he encountered. In addition to providing exceptional service, Kaleo's pricing was fair and affordable. He truly embodies the aloha spirit, treating his customers with kindness, respect, and genuine care. If you are looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, affordable, and dependable mobile mechanic, I highly recommend him. We will definitely be calling him again for any future repairs. He is knowledgeable, dependable, honest, and very trustworthy, all qualities that are so important when you're dealing with car repairs. Richard took the time to explain what was going on with our vehicle and what needed to be done, without ever making us feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. We also really appreciated the convenience of having a skilled mechanic come directly to us instead of having to drop off the car and arrange transportation to pick it up later. That alone saved us a lot of time and hassle. Another big plus was the price. We received three other quotes for the same job, and Richard's price was lower than all of them. Getting excellent work at a very fair price made the experience even better. It's not always easy to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but Richard is definitely one of them. We wouldn't hesitate to use 808 MOBILE Auto Repair again and would gladly recommend Richard to our family and friends.
